Hi friends! Happy Tuesday! Howโ€™s the week going? I hope youโ€™re having a great one so far. The Pilot is home today after being gone for two weeks – airline training is no joke and Iโ€™ll finally post an update soon – so Iโ€™m excited to spend some time with him. Iโ€™m hoping after he takes a snooze that we can catch brunch or a sandwich at August Rhodes before picking the crew up from school.

    My aim is consistent workouts, meaning HIIT and sprints on M and T, weights 3 days a week, and two days of rest or active recovery. Getting into a routine is key for me!

    I am hoping to end the year feeling strong.. some medical issues have sidelined me for most of 2019 but I am hoping to end the year strong and start fresh in 2020. I love the leggings and crossing my fingers!
