Hi friends! Happy Tuesday! Howโ€™s the week going? I hope youโ€™re having a great one so far. The Pilot is home today after being gone for two weeks – airline training is no joke and Iโ€™ll finally post an update soon – so Iโ€™m excited to spend some time with him. Iโ€™m hoping after he takes a snooze that we can catch brunch or a sandwich at August Rhodes before picking the crew up from school.

    For the Fall I’m thinking of trying the new 100 day program on BeachBody. Right now I’m doing my second round of 80 day obsession. This program is only 30 minutes a day so that will be a change.

    My fitness goal is to stay consistent with working out 4 days a week and if I workout more, then thatโ€™s great:) I also have a goal to meal prep (breakfasts and lunches)in advance so the day goes more smooth.
