The Pilot is home today after being gone for two weeks – airline training is no joke and Iโll finally post an update soon – so Iโm excited to spend some time with him. Iโm hoping after he takes a snooze that we can catch brunch or a sandwich at August Rhodes before picking the crew up from school.

Running a half marathon on sept 28!
With fall coming new leggings for training for my fall half marathon pr training!
For the Fall I’m thinking of trying the new 100 day program on BeachBody. Right now I’m doing my second round of 80 day obsession. This program is only 30 minutes a day so that will be a change.
I would love to get in better shape when my baby leaves for college
Iโll be working on losing baby weight and getting back into my fitness routine!

My fitness goal for the fall is to get training for a half marathon I signed up for!
I’m dealing with plantar fasciitis and have been for over a year. I’m in PT to finally heal it. So my fitness goal is to get it completely healed so I can get back to my regular activities.
I want to improve my rock climbing and climb a 5.10a.
I am working on lowering my body fat percentage and increasing muscle mass and strength.
Could also use a good pair of leggings to get my post baby bod on
My goal is to continue on my macro tracking journey and exercise regularly.

My fitness goal is to stay consistent with working out 4 days a week and if I workout more, then thatโs great:) I also have a goal to meal prep (breakfasts and lunches)in advance so the day goes more smooth.
