The Pilot is home today after being gone for two weeks – airline training is no joke and I’ll finally post an update soon – so I’m excited to spend some time with him. I’m hoping after he takes a snooze that we can catch brunch or a sandwich at August Rhodes before picking the crew up from school.

I love all things fitness EXCEPT stretching. I hate stretching but I know I need to start to keep my body injury-free. My fitness goal this fall is to add 10 minutes a day of stretching to my workouts.

I am hoping to start picking up speed during my runs
My goal this fall is to strike a more healthy balance between all of the fitness classes I teach and take. I’m struggling with some tendinitis in my knee from over training. I’ve been cheating myself out of recovery days and really need to work on that.
My fall fitness goal is to start attending a pilates class 2x per week!

My fall fitness goal is to really get into a routine. I’ll be working from home and will have more time in my day to fit in workouts.
