Hi friends! How’s the morning going? Hope you’ve had a great start to the week. The girls and I went to look at the amazing Winterhaven lights last night with madre and had the best time checking out the elaborate light displays (we need to up our game next year). I’m putting together a What I Ate Wednesday post for you for tomorrow, but in the meantime, how about a little giveaway?

My favorite tradition is doing a trip for Christmas instead of gifts. We can’t this year (the joys of buying a house), and I’m so bummed. But I got a kitchen aid mixer instead, so I’ll survive.
I already stalk, I mean follow, you on all the social medias! (But seriously, it’s sometimes so weird to be like “oh Gina said…” Like we’re bffs)

My favorite Christmas tradition is listening to Christmas Carols. I don’t sing well, but I love listening to those who can. Frank Sinatra’s “Christmas Waltz” might be my favorite.

Favorite holiday tradition is listening to Christmas tunes, decorating the house and making Christmas cookies with my family. This year it involved my 2 year old eating two sugar cookies – his first Christmas cookies ever, instead of assisting in decorating 😉

I love when my family all comes together at Christmas! Also the food is fantastic. We have an egg casserole every Christmas morning and it is magical and delicious!

My favorite Christmas traditions right now: hanging out at home all day in pajamas with my husband, drinking gin & tonics and snacking on a cheeseboard, binging on episodes of a netflix tv show that my husband and I choose, and making the best Christmas dinner ever–prime rib, roasted potatoes, spanakopita!!
I love decorating cookies and then going to look at lights!

Favorite tradition is seeing Santa with the kids then driving around after to look at all the Christmas lights, while loudly blasting Christmas music 😉

Fav thing for Christmas: seeing the family (which we don’t do often since we live far)….and especially the kids making the most of their time with their cousins!
