Raw-mazing Giveaway
Hey everyone! Hope youโve had a great day so far <3 Thank you for all of your advice regarding whether I should give running another chance. Iโm still thinking it out and want to talk it over with the pilotโฆ so we shall see ๐
Soโฆ Bikram is HOT.
(Source)
Not so much Bikram himself โmy apologies if you find him seksi, heโs just not my type- but the yoga oven torture chamber. I LOVE the heat and it usually feels amazing, but this morning the air was thick, uncomfortably hot and took a lot of deep breathing to get through the 90 minutes. It was a very, very challenging class.
When it was over, I took my schweaty self to Whole Paycheck and sipped a carrot, apple, beet, ginger juice
and also got hot bar for breakfast.
Plantains, squash and zucchini, shrimp salad, Babylonian Treasure salad, and my beloved vegan miso slaw.
I came back to my auntโs casa, said my โsee ya laterโs and got on the road back to Valdizzy.
Iโm about to pick up Viesa from the kennel and head to the base gym, but before I goโฆ
a GIVEAWAY from Ani Phyo!
I had the pleasure of meeting Ani while I was at 105degrees– not only is she totally gorgeous, but sheโs also kind and personable.
This giveaway is extra exciting because Iโve been anxiously awaiting the release of this cookbook since last year.

I’m partial, but I love my former pastry chef, Nancy Olson. She makes some amazing desserts ๐
I love Rick Bayless & Giada!
A chef here in Cleveland who supports local agriculture and sustainable farming-and his food is delicious! Jonathan Sawyer.
I love Bobby Flay. I love to watch Paula Dean too…but all that ‘down home cooking’ is too much for me!
bobby flay, because he’s awesome, but let’s face it, probably not good for you haha
i love rachael ray, paula deen, sarma mengailis, and this one chef named nick at a local restaurant! haha

My favorite cook is Bobby Flay!
Ina and Giada!! I love watching both of their shows and they always make the most amazing foods!!
As a southern girl I have to say Paula Deen!
I love Hubert Keller! I watch his show all the time. he’s so fancy! This book sounds amazing. Me and my boyfriend are raw food lovers and would put this book to good use.
I’d have to go with good ol’ Rachael Ray!
I love Giada, she makes cooking seem like a breeze! Rachael Ray has great tips and ideas too ๐

I like the way Bobby Flay puts his flavors together. He takes the best from all cuisines and blends them just right!
it’s a toss up between giada and paula deen. paula is just soooo full of life (and butter) how can you NOT love her? on the other hand, i believe giada has a good balance of fresh and wholesome ingredients combined with an appreciation for the occasional indulgence.
I like Alton Brown–he can be a little obnoxious, but I like hearing about the science behind food combinations, methods of cooking, origins of different foods, etc. So interesting!
Ooooh that sounds awesome!!
Can I say my friend Marianne? She is AMAZING!
Otherwise I will say Masahara Morimoto (spelling?)
My favorite chef is hands down Rick Bayless but I love looking at, I mean watching Bobby Flay on tv ๐
hm… tough one… i’d have to go with bobby flay though!
My favorite chef is actually my Grandmother. She raised me to believe that nothing good ever cam from a box mix–from scratch is always best, and box mixes can’t compare. I would stay over at her house at least once a week for her breakfasts alone: homemade pancakes, hash browns, omelettes, muffins, smoothies…you name it. Even her gourmet take on mac & 4 cheeses and scalloped potatoes have me salivating at the thought. And her brownies? HEAVENLY SWEET–just like her. ๐
Giada and Rachel Ray are my favorites ๐
My favorite chef is Bobby Flay! I love him!!!
Bobby Flay & Sarma!
It’s a tie between Rick Bayless and my mom!
I love Giada! Her recipes are so simple and delicious.
I would love to win that cook book. I am not a very good cook and eating raw for me is a salad. So I need all the help I can get.
Haha, I love watching Ina Garten and Giada cook. They always make cooking look so easy and fun.
Kurma Dhasa – inspirational life, delicious veg cooking! Winner!
Must go with Rachel Ray for showing how easy it can be to cook…does she count as a chef??
Chef Tanya who founded Native Foods restaurants!
I loved Julia child. She made cooking look like fun. Also my aunt who taught me that cooking for others is a different form of showing love and care.
I love Martha Stewart…she is so classic!
I love Ellie Krieger, because her food is healthy but still relatable, easy and DELICIOUS!
favorite chef … giada & paula deen
Giada de Laurentiis! Love her!
My momma is my favorite chef! ๐
Hmmm, such a tough choice…I would say Bobby Flay (even though I’ve never actually tried his food!)
I think like so many others i would have to go with Giada!!
I’ve got to say my grandmother. She made THE most amazing food, and she made it with so much love.
I love Giada. Everything she makes looks sooo delishh!
Alton Brown because who doesnโt want a little science with their dinner!
Giada, Ina, and Jamie Oliver!
My dad is my favorite chef of all time. He is the best cook I know but if you want reality then I would go with Rachel Ray. i used to watch her all the time in college.
My favorite chefs/cooks are Paula Deen (I will always love my Southern food)and Ina Garten.
I have a soft spot for Paula Dean…don’t make many of her recipes but the woman is hilarious and living life to the fullest!
Thanks for such a great giveaway!
Giada and Bethenny Frankel are my two favorites… I love Giada’s recipes because they remind me of my (very) Italian roots and Bethenny’s are super easy because you can substitute whatever you have to make her recipes.
I love Elizabeth Terry, an old friend from Savannah who started Elizabeths on 37th and Julia Child because really she can do no wrong! ๐
I love Bart Potenza- he’s the chef/owner at my favorite restaurant, Candle 79 in NYC. I had to Google his name, but his meals are incredible!
