Summer Shape Up Week 3 giveaway- White Plum

Week 3, we’re coming after you!

I feel like I say this every time we’re in the middle of a Shape Up, but it needs to be repeated: this is the week that determines whether you will sink or swim. You’ll either decide to fizzle out, or put the same gusto you started the challenge with and power through to the finish line. (Obviously, do the latter, mm k?)     4 rounds of workout 3 this morning (though i think that was a fluke – i forgot to start my timer and didn’t realize until i was done w/ 2 rounds and then i had to guesstimate how much time i had left) and 10 mins on the treadmill at 5% – my booty is on FIRE!

    Workout #3 ( I really dislike burpees) is tough! It kicked my booty, but I’m building endurance. Plus, 10 min of running outside on hills in hot Texas heat. My arms feel like jello.

    Checking in – now that I’m back from vaca, I am starting with week 1. I got workout 1 in this morning and unfortunately ran out of time, but plan on doing my 20 mins HIIT training this evening! Felt good to get back into the groove of things 🙂

    Last night I took an AMAZING (and sweaty)1 hour Zumba class and came home to find that my husband wanted to take the pups for a long (hilly) walk. 3 miles later and I was spent!

    i’m nursing an injury right now, so i’m getting my exercise in the form of walking on crutches. it’s surprisingly a really good upper body workout 🙂

    Today was running intervals for me. Got up early to beat the heat and humidity, and feeling good! I can really tell a difference in my productivity today!

    Today was a 2.5 mile walk with my dog. It should have been longer, but she faked an injury. (Started limping but was fine after we turned back…silly girl!). Then it was summer house cleaning day 3 – what a great workout!

    Today I did five miles, as well as some weights and abs. Because of the slightly longer run as opposed to last week, I only had time to do four sets of the Wonder Woman workout, but I made them count and added some light weights for a few of the exercises.

    I was just able to squeeze in a 2.25 mile run before the sun went down, and walked over 3 miles today while walking the dog and walking to work. The dog also accompanied me on my run…and he has now promptly passed out on the couch from exhaustion. A dogs life is hard…
