I would love a podcast episode on the children’s perspective on what you do for work. I always find it interesting to hear my children’s answers when I ask them what they think I do for a living.

Hi Gina – love your blog and podcast! Having Dr. Stephen Cabral back on the podcast from time to time, but covering different wellness topics, would be really great – I was first introduced to him through your podcast and I am now doing his IHP certification program for levels 1+2. So grateful to have learned about him, and your podcast with him about environmental toxins is one of my favorites.

Side note: I’ve previously left a review for your podcast!

An episode about “negative energy” and its effects on those around you — both mentally and physically — would be really interesting.

An episode about supplements – how to find out what you need and the best way to get them (supplements vs. food).

Overcoming the ‘blah’ feeling. Not feeling sad or depressed but just needing to feel more pep in your step.

  21. Charlotte on April 13, 2022 at 3:21 pm

I would love to hear from some of the other OG healthy living bloggers and how much has changed!

  22. Kara on April 13, 2022 at 3:27 pm

How has your fitness and nutrition focus changed as you age? I am in my 40’s and as much as I would love to be able to go and do and eat as much as I did in my 20s and even 30’s my body just tells me no, but my mind sure can’t let go of the guilt. I would love to hear others’ perspectives.

  23. Beth F on April 13, 2022 at 4:41 pm

Some podcasts ideas because I couldn’t pick just one : how to gain muscle, mom guilt, and gut health.

  44. Josephine on April 14, 2022 at 12:02 am

Happy 100! I would love to hear more about gut health or mindfulness.

  45. Josephine on April 14, 2022 at 12:03 am

    Podcast review done!

  46. Chan on April 14, 2022 at 12:03 am

    Congrats on 100, Gina!

Would love to see more content for those who aren’t traditionally thought of as physically active…that is health related and not focused on weight. Example: Navigating a relationship with physical activity when you have a disordered relationship with activity and your body.

Sometimes the content is really niche and focused on those who are already fit, really into nutrition, etc. Love hearing about your personal stuff (have followed for 10+ years!) but feel complete excluded from health/fitness content because of my eating disorder and mental health.

  47. Leah H. on April 14, 2022 at 5:45 am

I love boutique fitness studios and I would love to hear from a studio owner as a guest! Congrats on your 100th episode – I love your pod!

  48. Stacy on April 14, 2022 at 5:49 am

Congrats on 100 episodes! As a new mom of 2, I’d love to hear a podcast about sleep health and how to maximize the benefits when you have small children who still wake up at night.

  49. Beth on April 14, 2022 at 6:33 am

Happy 100th podcast!! 🙂 So exciting!!! I’d love to hear more about how you and other women juggling lots of things (like we all do! :)) manage their time, set priorities and stay organized/sane so all the things that have to get done actually get done — while also building in some time for fun and recharging!

    Thanks!!

Love the podcast. Topic idea – family meal plan/prep for when different family members have different needs/preferences.
