6.7 Friday Faves and Gratitude Giveaway
Hi friends! the weekend is heeeeeere! What do you have going on? It’s Liv’s dance recital and then dance season is officially over, and other than that, we’ll just be swimming and chilling with friends. I hope you have a fun and relaxing weekend ahead!
(Loving all of this extra time with the crew)
It’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party! This is where I share some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I always love to hear about your faves, too, so please shout out something you’re loving in the comments section below.
(We had some friends over last weekend and this is the giant cheese board of the night)
6.7 Faves Faves + Gratitude giveaway
Read, watch, listen:
I started watching Queen Charlotte again on the plane home, and it’s even better the second time around.
This made me lol (also the husband is so sweet)
What are your childlike habits?
Fashion, home, + beauty:
Farm Rio is one of my favorite brands right now. I’ve been stocking up for our Hawaii trip 🙂 Here’s one I added to the collection lately!
If you haven’t tried the honey enzyme face mask yet, it is so good. I love the texture and a little goes a long way. I feel like it’s a very gentle, nourishing mask that I like to do 1-2 times a week, and then follow it up with my red light face mask.
Goodies from Creative Kind. This is my favorite local store and they were essentially forced out of their lease and have to close their brick and mortar location. This has been my go-to spot for birthday and hostess gifts for friends, local Tucson candles, and the best greeting cards. Their online shop is still open if you’d like to check it out!
Garden update! When my eyes went wacky last year, I stopped gardening and basically let everything die. I was too scared to be out in the wild and soil a lot, and feeling pretty down about everything. This year, the Pilot planted everything for me (I think I’m allergic to something in the soil because whenever I plant, even if I wear gloves, I get a rash), and also installed irrigation to help with the Tucson sun. It’s THRIVING. Here’s what’s on the way: tomatoes, carrots, cucumber, watermelon, cantaloupe, chard, spinach, zucchini, and basil.
Fitness, health, and good eats:
Grilling and Traeger season is here and we’re living it up. I smoked these chicken legs on the grill the other night and they were amazing. It’s funny that I used to be scared to grill and smoke things, and now, I’ll do it whenever I can. It makes cleanup so much easier.
Danger Coffee (stay tuned ; I’ll have a discount code soon for ya!) Got the decaf at the Biohacking Conference and it’s mild and smooth. A million times better than the gross decaf Nespresso I was drinking, plus this is tested to be mold-free.
(I use this pour over coffee maker; just glass and stainless steel)

I am excited for a few things: training for a half marathon with my bestie, the ability to rearrange my work schedule so I can spend one day a week with my little one, the sun being out longer, bike rides with my girls, and most of all going on a week vacation to our favorite place in the world (Wells Maine). Thanks for making me take a moment to think about all the fun things these next couple of months have to hold.
