Fitness Fashion Friday: the sweatshirt dress
Fitness Fashion Friday is baaaaack. ๐
As much as I LOVE athleisure and clothes to wear for various workouts, I especially appreciate a good โto and fromโ type piece. Something I can throw on after a sweaty yoga class, and still look somewhat presentable to head to lunch with the fam or coffee with a friend.
When Fabletics sent me this awesome sweatshirt dress, I had a feeling it would get a lot of love.
(with my super old Reebok Skyscapes)
Not only is is perfect for our mild weather, but it also makes the perfect piece to toss into my gym back after teaching,
or just to wear around on a casual day.
The best part: pockets. ๐

I saw that dress on Fabletics too, and wanted itโbut I have a baby too, and it didnโt seem like it would be compatible with nursingโฆhow do you make it work?

Iโve never been able to figure out how to wear one of those, but you pull it off so well! I may need to give the sweatshirt dress a chance. ๐
Side note: I *love* those halls at MCRD. Gorgeous lighting at sunset and such a good photo backdrop!
