A new training option, just for you :)
Hi friends! How’s the day going? I hope you’re having a lovely morning. Our mountains are covered in snow (!!!!!) and we’re enjoying a cozy morning here at home.
Exciting news today: Fit Team is open and enrollment closes on Monday!!
I did a bit of a soft launch a few months ago, and wanted to have the opportunity to get feedback from current members and make changes if needed. Thankfully, the feedback has been incredible and I’ve added some exciting new elements. Fit Team is rocking and rolling and I can’t wait to see you in there!
Every year, I run a blog survey to get your feedback, ideas, and topic requests for the upcoming year. I also ask about your struggles and how I can help you.
So many of you said that you struggle with the same things:
Time,
motivation,
and consistency.
And it’s HARD, especially when our routines and lives were completely flipped upside-down in the past year. Our mental bandwidth is maxed out between work, life, kids, and the distance learning thing. Let me take the fitness guesswork out of it for you.
I’ll share all of the resources you need so that you can get the best results from the time you spend working out, and find a consistent, sustainable, and rewarding fitness routine.
Here’s a little bit more about Fit Team:
Fit Team is an exclusive 6-month fitness program working directly with me to create sustainable change, a consistent workout regimen, and ongoing accountability. I’ll absolutely continue to post workouts and videos here on the blog, but there’s a real beauty in having a set plan with all-new workouts each month, ready to go, just for you.
Here’s what’s included:
Brand new strength workouts each month, tips on how to use these weekly in your routine, printable calendars, and a plan for each week
Modifications for beginners, postpartum and low-impact through short and sweet video tutorials for each exercise
Access to our closed private community, where you can connect with other Fit Team members, ask questions, share recipes, and ask for support
Live group workouts with me
And so.much.more. (Including bonus recipes, training tips, motivation strategies)
Who this program is FOR:
Friends who are looking for motivation and inspiration to crush their workouts
Those who are too mentally drained to figure out what to do during the short bursts of workout time they have
Those who hop from plan to plan without a method in place and are frustrated because they’re not seeing results
Those who have serious fitness goals and want to take their training to the next level
My friends working out at home with limited time, equipment, and/or kids and other responsibilities to juggle
Who this program is NOT for:
Those who prefer to wing it in the their routine without a strength training plan
My cardio junkie friends who don’t enjoy lifting weights
Those who prefer follow-along videos instead of a written plan
If you’ve been struggling with motivation and consistency, sign up here to lock in the next 6 months of fitness programming.
Without a solid plan, it’s easy to find yourself wanting from classes to classes, frustrated from not seeing results, overwhelmed from all of the options out there, and feel like you’re wasting your time.
Sign up here to get the momentum going. This is in a 6-month block because the workouts are phased to prevent plateaus. We train in endurance, strength, and power phases to constantly keep your body guessing. Think about where you can be 6 months from now. More energized, confident, leaner, and stronger!!! When you sign up today, you’ll get a bonus full-length HIIT and strength workout for free (bonus ends Friday).

Can’t wait to see you in there! The newest workouts go out TOMORROW and enrollment closes on Monday. I’m not sure when I’ll open enrollment again but it likely won’t be until the summer or fall.
So excited to have you on the team!! Join here and get your bonuses today!

How many strength workouts are there per week?
Three!
So far, (2 weeks in) I’m loving it! I can still mix things up and sub in fun, different workouts depending on the weather and my schedule. My favorite part is being able to just “show up” and not have to plan out what moves, area of focus, etc. that I’m doing. As a morning fitness enthusiast, I can just roll out of bed and get started.
wahoo!!! that is so awesome and i’m so so happy you’re enjoying it so far. so thrilled to have you on the team 🙂
I signed up this morning!! I’m so excited!!
wahoo! so so excited to have you! can’t wait to hear what you think about the workouts 🙂
