Barre3 giveaway
Rise and shine, it’s giveaway time!
As you guys know, I’ve fallen in love with Barre3 workouts over the past year. A studio is opening up in Tucson very soon -in the meantime, check out their free Saturday classes at lululemon in La Encantada!- and I was stoked to see that they have a studio here in La Jolla. I’ve been a couple of times already and love this challenging, balanced and fun workout, which contains elements from dance, traditional strength, yoga and Pilates. It also makes my thighs quiver and beg for sweet mercy; I’m always pleasantly sore after a class.
One of the things I’ve noticed and love about Barre3 is that they support an entire healthy lifestyle: one that doesn’t end when you leave the studio doors. They provide online workouts, recipes, nutrition tips, and also childcare (aka the Play Lounge) for mamas who want to get in a workout. Working out each day and taking a little time for myself helps me to be more present and more productive in everything I do — I’m sure many of you feel the same way! I love the fact that Barre3 helps to make this feasible for women with young kiddos, busy professionals (who can bust out a workout while traveling, thanks to the online workouts), anyone looking for an effective and fun workout, or someone who may just be getting started in fitness. During class, they provide lots of modifications so if you want to go Turbo, you can, or if you’re a beginner, you can easily modify.
Barre3 is running a spring challenge this May, and they kindly offered some awesome giveaway packs for three lucky readers.
-To participate in the Spring challenge, take up to four 60-minute Barre3 classes each week from May 5 – June 1st and two 10-minute online workouts. You can substitute any of the online workouts if you can’t make it to a class (or if there isn’t a studio near you) and adjust the schedule according to your lifestyle. Participants can also follow the provided meal plan. If you’d like to try the online workouts, they offer a free two-week trial here.
-Three lucky readers will each receive the Spring challenge pack, which includes 30 days of unlimited online workouts, weekly emails with nutrition tips and recipes, access to the weekly online lectures with Sadie Lincoln (founder of Barre3) and functional nutritionist Andrea Nakayama, an orange core ball, and an amazing Barre3 Mason jar tumbler (in the first pic above).
This giveaway will end this Saturday at midnight, and I’ll announce the winners in Sunday morning’s post.
xoxo
Gina
I would LOVE to try Barre3. An online membership would be perfect for me. I live in the outer suburbs of Chicago, and there aren’t any studios near me yet. I tried Pure Barre and it was okay. From what I’ve heard, I think Barre3 would be a better fit for me. Thanks for this giveaway!
My spring fitness goal is to find a better balance between fitness outdoors and my study regimen. I’m currently in medical school, and it is hard to get any work-outs done outside of the gym.
I’ve gotten into the habit of only working out in my apartment building’s gym or a run on my own outside. I’d like to participate in more classes this spring. I used to go to so many and it would be nice to get back into it.
Would love to try their on-line classes since I don’t have a studio nearby! Thanks!
I’m running my first half marathon in June so my goal is to keep training strong and injury-free! Barre3 would make for great cross-training!
I would love to try this! I’ve always wanted to try Barre 3, but have little ones at home so usually work out in my living room 🙂
I just registered for the corporate challenge in Buffalo and found out it will be a 3.5 mile race instead of 3.1, and I’ve only just gotten back into running after a few years away from it. My goal is to finish the race running the majority of the race. Meaning I need to get out there and run. 😉
Spring fitness goal is to maintain my physical fitness as I transition into the third trimester of pregnancy!!

I would love to run another 5K, and I’m also looking forward to doing more strength training!

I’d like to get fit and tone again after delivering my baby last month! I love Barre classes and would totally dig this package 🙂
My goal is to get back into a good exercise routine. I’m in med school and my schedule is often unpredictable, but I’m ready to figure out a schedule that will keep me moving for the next couple months at least!
I want to clean up my eats as we move toward the healthy eating seasons of late spring and summer. Can’t wait for good fresh berries, beans, and tomatoes!
I also want to add more morning workouts back into my routine. It’s too easy to skip the afternoon ones.
My spring fitness goal: lift heavier weights!
To keep up with my workout routine and transition to warmer weather (finally!)
I’m going to run outside until summer hits!!! 🙂
To participate in a 10k run for the first time!! >_<

This looks awesome, I would like to diversify my fitness routine!
My goal is to gradually increase the distances I run.
I’ve been doing workout videos at home for the first time ever. One of them is dance aerobics and I’d love to get all the choreography down and be able to follow along! I’m giving myself til the end of May. I’d love to try Barre3, I’ve heard great things!
My fitness goal is actually for autumn here in Australia. At the moment I am training for a 35km charity walk between Byron Bay and Ballina, NSW and I want to build my strength mentally and physically for this.
My fitness goal is to start doing 20 min of yoga a day. I would love to try Barre3 too!

I just went to the free, underground barre class last night and we chatted about this!! What a coincidence! I would looovvve to actually win something but to be honest I’ll do it either way, great start to the summer season! Thanks Gina 🙂
My spring fitness goal is to build up my run to 10 miles! Not much of a runner but the results are sure nice when you mix in some strength workouts with it! 🙂
