Barre3 giveaway
Rise and shine, it’s giveaway time!
As you guys know, I’ve fallen in love with Barre3 workouts over the past year. A studio is opening up in Tucson very soon -in the meantime, check out their free Saturday classes at lululemon in La Encantada!- and I was stoked to see that they have a studio here in La Jolla. I’ve been a couple of times already and love this challenging, balanced and fun workout, which contains elements from dance, traditional strength, yoga and Pilates. It also makes my thighs quiver and beg for sweet mercy; I’m always pleasantly sore after a class.
One of the things I’ve noticed and love about Barre3 is that they support an entire healthy lifestyle: one that doesn’t end when you leave the studio doors. They provide online workouts, recipes, nutrition tips, and also childcare (aka the Play Lounge) for mamas who want to get in a workout. Working out each day and taking a little time for myself helps me to be more present and more productive in everything I do — I’m sure many of you feel the same way! I love the fact that Barre3 helps to make this feasible for women with young kiddos, busy professionals (who can bust out a workout while traveling, thanks to the online workouts), anyone looking for an effective and fun workout, or someone who may just be getting started in fitness. During class, they provide lots of modifications so if you want to go Turbo, you can, or if you’re a beginner, you can easily modify.
Barre3 is running a spring challenge this May, and they kindly offered some awesome giveaway packs for three lucky readers.
-To participate in the Spring challenge, take up to four 60-minute Barre3 classes each week from May 5 – June 1st and two 10-minute online workouts. You can substitute any of the online workouts if you can’t make it to a class (or if there isn’t a studio near you) and adjust the schedule according to your lifestyle. Participants can also follow the provided meal plan. If you’d like to try the online workouts, they offer a free two-week trial here.
-Three lucky readers will each receive the Spring challenge pack, which includes 30 days of unlimited online workouts, weekly emails with nutrition tips and recipes, access to the weekly online lectures with Sadie Lincoln (founder of Barre3) and functional nutritionist Andrea Nakayama, an orange core ball, and an amazing Barre3 Mason jar tumbler (in the first pic above).
This giveaway will end this Saturday at midnight, and I’ll announce the winners in Sunday morning’s post.
xoxo

My goal is to be CONSISTENT with my workouts!

Looking for something new and fun to try with my girlfriends! Barre3 sounds like the class!
My goal is to work out almost every day of the week – to get my count up to 6x/week!
I’ve heard it’s a great option if you’re pregnant? We’ll see…

Thanks so much for offering this giveaway. I love taking group classes and would love to try this routine.
I was in a really good workout routine for awhile (and really loved participating in winter shape up!!) but I just started a new job with a long commute and need to plan ahead to fit in workouts, so my goal is to schedule workouts into my week ahead of time, and to use the fitness center in my office building.
I’d like to walk everyday in the beautiful spring weather!
I love barre classes but my schedule doesn’t allow getting to class often so online would be great!
I love my barre3 studio in Seattle ๐
I’d really like to get my energy back and start to consistently work out. I did ballet my whole life so barre is right up my ally for a perfect workout for me!
Since we moved last summer and I started a desk job, I’ve noticed some not so awesome changes in my body and energy levels. My spring time goal is to get back on track with workouts that are actually hard enough to make a difference, rather than just going through the motions.
My spring goal currently has been to get the courage to GO to a barre class! I bought a 10 class pack through Groupon a few weeks ago and just have not been able to get through the nerves of getting there! I think the online route would be a great way to learn and ease the nerves.
Online would be a great option, I find it tough to make the classes during the week sometimes!
I would love the chance to try Barre3!
My goal this spring is to find more time to get moving and get stronger now that I’m 4 months post partum!
This spuds awesome! How do I enter the giveaway?
I would love to win this!
I have very limited fitness classes around here and am kind of embarrassed to go because I’m so uncoordinated. I’d be very grateful for some online classes to build my confidence. Enjoy Cal!
My spring fitness goal is to walk during my work breaks instead of sitting in my office!
I just want to double under in a row!! And maybe master toes 2 bar ๐
this sounds fabulous! would love to try!
I Love HIIT but would love to try Barre3!!
I want to workout 3 days a week!
My spring fitness goal is to lift weights 5 times a week and to limit my alcohol and sugar ๐
I would love to check out Barre3 as I have a wedding coming up in a few months that I want to be in top shape to attend!
I’m working on increasing my weekly running mileage, balanced with other workouts like Barre3 and yoga!
My spring fitness goal is to be active more. I have been searching for a Barre3 class near by. It looks like a great workout. Have a nice weekend. ๐
My goal is to keep practicing yoga and body balance for at least 4 times a week, just like I’m doing at the moment. It feels beyond amazing!
I would love to try this workout!
I tried a barre class when I was visiting some friends in Tulsa and loved it! But I haven’t had the chance to take another class since the closest studio is 2 hours away!
My official training program for a 1/2 Marathon this summer starts in May. I plan to work as much Barre3 into my summer as possible to build strength and flexibility. I hope to complete my first 1/2 marathon in under 2.5 hours!
I am definitely going to check out classes at our next suty station and once I pop this baby out(due in 2 weeks)!
Hi,

I do yoga once a week, run 3 times a week (as a completly beginner) and cook for every meal.
My goal is to start working out! I haven’t since I was pregnant and now that my daughter is 1, I think it’s time!
I love Pilates and Yoga and I know I would love this type of workout!
My spring fitness goal is small, but feels HUGE: I just want to be consistently active again after two months sidelined with horrible morning sickness! ๐
My spring goal is to PR in the 5k!
My spring fitness goal is to continue running so in the fall I can run my first race!!
I’m moving to Nashville next weekend and just saw they are getting a Barre3 studio there soon! I would love to try it! My goal is to stick with my workouts through out the move and subsequent unpacking.
