So excited for todayโ€™s favorite things giveaway, because itโ€™s something Iโ€™ve been using for years, from a brand that I adore: Manduka!

I purchased my first Manduka yoga mat about 7 years ago. It was the most Iโ€™d ever spent on a mat, and my friends assured me that it would be worth it.

Years and years later, my Manduka mat is still my favorite, and it feels even better than the day I bought it. Itโ€™s extremely supportive and durable, especially during sweaty classes and arm balances.

Iโ€™m also a huge fan of their yogitoes mat towels. Theyโ€™re a staple for hot yoga, wash well, and stand the test of time. The newest ones have small plastic beads on the bottoms so the towel stays exactly where you place it.

    I always say, I’m #strongnotbendy but also a #wannabeyogi. Have been dealing with some health issues over the last 9 or so months, and one of the things reco’d to me by my doctors, time and again, is hot yoga so I would love this to get me motivated! ha

    My favorite yoga pose is child’s pose, it’s relaxing and feels so awesome down my entire back, which is where I get a lot of tension.
