Hi! How are ya? Hope youโre having a great weekend! Itโs been a while since I checked in on a Saturday, and today itโs with the last of this weekโs favorite things giveaways! Todayโs giveaway is courtesy of my friends at Onzie.

It was actually a warm weekend in Minnesota so I too my dog for a walk and finished putting out my Christmas lights.

i will be work two 12 hour shifts so I will be running around plenty as an emergency room nurse.

Other than my normal workouts, I think shopping can be called exercise? I’ve done plenty of that this weekend!
Bootcamp Friday night, and a long run today

Totally didn’t feel like working out, but I got my butt to the gym with the intention of just doing some walking on the treadmill. I surprised myself by doing HIIT intervals instead! Sometimes just getting there can change your frame of mind.
I am definitely going to get a walk in today, gorgeous weather in Atlanta! Maybe a little home Pilates routine too. Been dying to try these pants!

Christmas Shopping!
Yesterday I had a solid weight session and mixed up cardio on some machines. I had a 5 mile run scheduled for today but woke up in the middle of the night with a pretty intense head cold. So my only exercise today will getting out of bed to go potty lol
Just came back from a spin class at Flywheel!
Strength training and PT exercises for a wrist injury, plus I’ll take my dog out for a short hike on a nearby trail.

This weekend I’m getting active by performing in a dance show yesterday and taking a Bodypump class today as well as rock climbing!

Volunteered at a water stop during the Cayman Islands Marathon this morning. My spinning gym brought a bunch of spin bikes out to the stop and we rode right along with the runners. 4 hours of spin and lots of cheering!
Cleaning and then probably a workout DVD of some kind !
