Favorite Things Giveaway: Suja
Hi friends! How about another Favorite Things giveaway??
During the holiday season, Iโm even more grateful for the delicious treats that also happen to be healthy. Itโs nice to get a little bit of nutrients in between the sugar avalanche. ๐
Iโve been a huge fan of Sujaโs cold-pressed juices for the past couple of years. Theyโre one of my favorite ways to get a healthy energy boost on the go, and they have so many amazing flavors. I love the 12 Essentials when Iโm lacking in greens, and my all-time favorite is Glow: a refreshing green juice with a pop of mint.
I take a Suja with me when I know weโll be out and about for a while, and want something delicious and nutrient-dense to drink.
Suja on a boat:
and a staple during nights at yoga teacher training.
My friends at Suja kindly offered a case of their Essentials for a lucky reader friend:
(Flavors: Berry Goodness, Berry Nana, Mango Magic, Sweet Beets, Green Delight, Carrot Crush, Cucumber Chill, Wild Lemon, Vibrant Probiotic, Mighty Greens and Green Delight)
Hereโs how to enter:
All Favorite Things giveaways will end 12/17 at midnight and announced the following day in Friday Faves. You still have time to enter the Fabletics and Rewined giveaways, plus a few more are on the way.
Cheers!

I try to sleep and exercise during the holidays
I would love to win so I can try some of the other flavors I’m been hesitant to buy, but excited to taste test ๐
I follow on Instagram!
I try to pack as many veggies into as many meals as I can so that when I splurge, at least it’s not at the expense of my veggie intake!
oooh I’ve tried that apple celery one, so good. Keep up the awesome inspirations, here and on IG! ๐
Even though my eating might slip during the holidays, I always maintain my workout schedule. Knowing my cardio gives me a little more wiggle room gives me peace.
Trying to stay as “on track” as I can during the work week allows me more wiggle room on the weekends and evening holiday events.
I drink plenty of water and exercise regularly.
I have always wanted to try these juice!!
I follow you on ig!!!
Not overdoing the sugar and giving my adrenals a rest!
I love suja drinks!
These would be so great to get me through long lectures in PA school!
Salads for lunch!
I have decided specific days/meals that are splurges, and decided not to feel guilty about that. All other times, I’m back to tracking my food and making healthy choices. Meal planning and keeping the food at home healthy has been huge.
By drinking enough water and getting plenty of sleep. ๐
Love Suja! I make sure to always get in at least 15-20 mins of activity durning the holidays! This is my busiest time of year at work as well, so it is so important for me to stay active to make it thru all the crazy!!
Remembering the extra splurges should be treats not the norm!
Love these juices! I’ve never seen the protein one it looks amazing!
I try to eat super healthy at home so when I’m at gatherings I don’t feel bad splurging on those cookies!
There’s a lot of little things you can do, but I try to keep workouts up, keep healthy snacks around, and always bring a water bottle!
Another great giveaway!
I stay healthy by getting in plenty of greens and healthy protein, but allowing myself to indulge in a few special, homemade treats!
I try and keep up with my workouts during the busy holiday time.
I try to get my family to workout with me and make an event out of it. We will all bike together to lunch, then my siblings and I will take turns making up an ab routine to do together!
I try to get lots of greens in! Usually in smoothie form. I also love hot yoga to stay warm ๐
I stay healthy by sticking to my routine and habits which is almost daily movement or workouts! I try to limit drinks and food to festive gatherings and really indulge when it matters, not just because. I LOVE SUJA!!!! This would be such an awesome giveaway as those juices help keep me healthy and motivated to take good care of myself!
I love Suja juice! So delicious and a great snack on the go!
Suja is delicious! Great snack!
I buy the big bottle of Suja Green Juice at Costco! LOVE IT!
I love a juice to get the veggies that I don’t always fit in to my diet!
Its all about balance. I do eat my fair share of goodies during this time of year but also make sure I get plenty of H2O and veggies. Love your site! Congrats on your new addition to your family!
I’m vegetarian, which limits the foods I eat. I also make sure to drink enough water and not overdo it on sugar.
Suja for the win!
I stay healthy during the holidays by sticking with my regular workouts. I have to be a little more judicious with my planning to make sure it happens, but I’m much happier to indulge when I know I’ve stayed active.
It’s simple but I think before I stuff extra snacks and desserts into my mouth. That and I try to go for lots of walks outside with family when it isn’t <-30C.
Meal planning is how I stay healthy during the holidays.
Since my husband and I get some time off work around the holidays, we try to schedule in some hikes or other healthy, fun activities.
Eating something green with every meal
I sample holiday goodies, but don’t go crazy with them!
I fit in workouts early in the morning no matter what. Even if I indulge later in the day, working out early keeps everything in check!
I like to do at least one thing for healthy thing for myself every day during the holidays! Sometimes that’s making a green smoothie or salad, sometimes it’s meal prepping for the week, and sometimes it’s having an extra sweaty workout.
I saw these drinks at a local grocery store, I’d like to try them!
I try to keep up with my fitness but also allow myself to enjoy the treats and extra rest!
Starting my day with a green smoothie and getting adequate sleep.
Green and Mint sounds so yummy right now!
I’m following Run Eat Repeat’s 25 days of workouts to stay healthy during this crazy time. And I love Suja!
I love having a smoothie in the morning for breakfast to start my day out on the right foot. Also,I find that sipping on tea (mm…Sugar Cookie Sleigh Ride) helps me avoid all of the treats around the office.
I stay fit around the holidays by trying to sneak in veggies where i can and making workouts a priority! ๐
