Hi friends! How about another Favorite Things giveaway??

Fitnessista GiveawaysPNG

During the holiday season, I’m even more grateful for the delicious treats that also happen to be healthy. It’s nice to get a little bit of nutrients in between the sugar avalanche. 🙂

Suja fairy 1 of 1

I’ve been a huge fan of Suja’s cold-pressed juices for the past couple of years. They’re one of my favorite ways to get a healthy energy boost on the go, and they have so many amazing flavors. I love the 12 Essentials when I’m lacking in greens, and my all-time favorite is Glow: a refreshing green juice with a pop of mint.

Glow

I take a Suja with me when I know we’ll be out and about for a while, and want something delicious and nutrient-dense to drink.

As long as I exercise, I feel healthy. It lets me indulge in things I want, but still keeps my taste buds and cravings in line so that I balance veggies with treats!

Making my own juices is fun… but Suja’s are much more convenient!

I’ve never tried Suja but would be happy to! I try to maintain my routine during the week so I can feel less guilty about splurging on the weekends.

  9. Emily B on December 9, 2015 at 5:07 pm

I stay healthy by letting myself have a small portion of anything I want if I’m out at an event, but otherwise sticking to my meal plan. It’s all about balance!

  10. Kailey on December 9, 2015 at 5:36 pm

During the holidays, I stay healthy by keeping up with my workout schedule and make sure to eat as clean as possible 90% of the time (tons of fresh fruits & veggies) so I have a little “wiggle room” for the occasional holiday treat 😉 All about balance, baby!

  11. Colleen C on December 9, 2015 at 5:46 pm

I try to get a short workout in everyday and eat my veggies

  12. Jade Peterson on December 9, 2015 at 5:56 pm

I love the lemonade with cayenne pepper. My favorite!

  13. Lauren on December 9, 2015 at 6:01 pm

I stick to my workout and healthy eating routine throughout the week to allow for indulgences during weekend holiday festivities. I also try to squeeze in extra steps or bouts of exercise whenever possible.

  14. Alli O'Neill on December 9, 2015 at 6:08 pm

I make sure to have healthy snacks with me all the time so I don’t end up binging on cookies when I am hungry!

    Love Suja!

  16. Hilary on December 9, 2015 at 6:18 pm

  17. Lauren on December 9, 2015 at 6:25 pm

I drink a lot of water to stay hydrated.

  18. Shari M on December 9, 2015 at 6:29 pm

During the holiday feasts I feel so much better if I continue to exercise!

  19. Kaycee on December 9, 2015 at 7:12 pm

I have a SUPER hard time not giving into the holiday sweet plate, so I find ways to stay healthy in other ways. I try to start out with a super nutritious, high protein breakfast, (because it usually goes downhill from there). Once the kids are in bed I’ll head to the gym or if I’ve got other things going on ill take the dog out for a quick walk around the block. It’s not always in perfect balance, but making the holidays magical for my kids is #1 for me right now. 🙂

  32. alyssa on December 10, 2015 at 7:13 am

I aim to get a healthy breakfast on board first thing in the morning, in hopes that it helps keep me in track for the rest of the day

  33. Lexie on December 10, 2015 at 7:13 am

I like to keep exercising and try to have a normal eating routine, but still indulge at fun events.

  34. Amy on December 10, 2015 at 7:14 am

Meal planning and making time for the gym with a loved one. Holiday time is the least busy time of my year so even though its tempting to sit on the couch its the only time I really have free time after 5pm.

  35. Stephanie on December 10, 2015 at 8:22 am

I keep up with my workouts – even if it is just 15 or 20 minutes and try to drag my family into it too! The past few holidays I have spent visiting my sister out west (Montana, and this year Nebraska/Colorado) so we get in as many hikes as possible!

  36. Tristica on December 10, 2015 at 8:25 am

    These look and sound delicious!

  37. Sydney Fleekop on December 10, 2015 at 8:41 am

  38. Shani on December 10, 2015 at 8:59 am

  40. Jenny on December 10, 2015 at 9:05 am

It’s hard to stay healthy! My work has foodie gifts from vendors everywhere so it’s hard not to just belly up to the buffet. I always bring my ItWorks greens with me to work for the afternoon and chew very minty gum or brush my teeth. sometimes a piece of really good dark chocolate fights through but I try to stay mindful of everything I put in my mouth.

  41. Jen on December 10, 2015 at 9:19 am

I try to get in extra veggies to offset all the sweets!

  42. Jordan K on December 10, 2015 at 9:41 am

I make sure to continue to make time to exercise. With holiday stress and a ton of holiday parties, it really helps to keep me sane and on track health-wise if I continue to make exercise a priority!

  43. Anna on December 10, 2015 at 9:53 am

Planning workouts with friends, then sticking to the plan. 🙂

  44. Beth on December 10, 2015 at 10:25 am

I make working out a priority!

  45. Valerie on December 10, 2015 at 10:56 am

What a great giveaway – I’ve always wanted to try these!

  46. Wendy on December 10, 2015 at 11:02 am

I’m sticking to my exercise routine and logging the food that I eat. I figure if I am on point most of the time, a few little splurges won’t hurt.

  47. Alexa on December 10, 2015 at 11:37 am

I stay healthy by continuing to work out when I can, and remembering that just because gross processed treats are around every corner this time of year doesn’t mean that I have to eat them! make it WORTH it

  48. Beth on December 10, 2015 at 12:10 pm

I try not to indulge everyday during the holidays, but save up my treats for worthy moments like dessert on Christmas and chocolate from my stocking. I also try to keep moving even if it’s a leisurely family walk or gentle stretches before bed.

  49. Juliet on December 10, 2015 at 1:06 pm

I love Suja and would love to win this! It would be a perfect balance to all the treats that I will be enjoying this season 😉

  50. Jayne C. on December 10, 2015 at 1:15 pm

    These look so delicious!
