Id really like to see a posting on antiinflammatory foods some time in 2011. I think the American diet promotes inflammation, curious to see which foods will fight this.

Hi, Gina! Love your blog! I would love to learn how you stay motivated/organized given your “non-traditional” (as in, non-9-5 job) lifestyle. So many people complain about how difficult it is to fit in exercise and making healthy meals with the traditional workday, but having done both traditional and non-traditional, I actually think it’s harder to keep everything straight when you determine your own schedule. You seem to have things figured out, and I want to steal your secrets! 🙂

Cool Racerback and Macaroons = my two favorite things!!! I already like ya on Facebook, but I can tell you what I’d love to see in 2011… I liked when you were doing Fashion Friday for a while. You had a knack for finding cute things at various (mostly affordable) prices, which I loved. Also, I love when you let us know what songs you’re rocking out to during your workouts. I always need new motivational tunes!
I would love to see more weight-lifting routines.

Ohhh that’s tough since I already love what you have on the blog! One thing I am struggling with is adjusting from weightloss to maintenance mode. If you have anything about that I would love to read it.

in 2011 i would love to see more recipes, it seems like since you’ve been moving around and stuff that the at-home made food has been a little lacking (totally understandable) but i would love to see more and maybe some little videos showing some easy recipes as well!

I would love to see more fitness plans you like to use. I know you dance alot, are starting body pump and love yoga, but if you can offer an more specifics for your day-to-day activities (and how often you mix things up to prevent plateaus), that’d be great!
