  31. Megan on December 22, 2010 at 11:33 am

I would love a 2011 post that would talk about or give a plan for overcoming a plateau. I ran division 1 track and cross country in college – but now am more of a pilates/yoga person. Surprisingly I feel more strong now then I did in college when I was running 18 min 5k’s. However, even though this year I have seem amazing changes in my body – I feel like I have reached a plateau.
I need motivation and a new year/new plan post would be AWESOME!

  32. Carrie on December 22, 2010 at 11:33 am

I also love your cooking videos!!

Enjoy your holidays and congrats on your new place!!

Happy Holidays Gina! 🙂 I’ve become a fan of your blog over the last couple months — love it! In the next year I’d like to see more of your usual stuff as well as some Dance Trance moves-music etc. I’m from Canada and the closest place to do Dance Trance is so far away from me! You got me hooked on Zumba and I wanna be hooked on Dance Trance too!
