  7. Tami Jo Eaton on December 22, 2010 at 11:44 am

I read your blog faithfully every day. In 2011 I would love to see you comment and make suggestions on belly fat. I am almost twice your age and have had 3 children and I try to run, (it’s hard now when it is cold)watch what I eat, and lift weights, but just can’t seem to get rid of that belly. What are good exercises? What foods should I avoid? Merry Christmas!!!

  14. Laura (On the Threshold of Greatness) on December 22, 2010 at 11:46 am

I already like fitnessista on facebook. 🙂 I like your blog pretty much as is so this is tough. In 2011, I guess I’d like to have a few zumba/dance videos that I can follow along with. There are days I don’t want to go to the gym so I’ll make a youtube playlist of different zumba classes. It’d be much easier if I could just go to my fitnessista! 😀

  15. Amy on December 22, 2010 at 11:47 am

Ooh, what a great prize! In 2011 I’d like to see your macaroon recipe! 😉 I’d actually love to see you do a spin workout with music and your voice recorded over to give cues/motivation – that would be awesome.

  48. Ashley on December 22, 2010 at 11:53 am

This is so awesome! I’m Canadian, so I LOOOVVEEE Lululemon.

I have two things I’d want to see
1.) Playlists – you used to post your spin playlists, which were great for finding new music!
2.) More training plans, especially boot camp ones!

  49. Carolyn on December 22, 2010 at 11:53 am

I’ve never commented before, but this is too good a contest to pass up! I’d love to see some tips on adapting a healthy lifestyle to new situations. (I recently transitioned from a life of going to class and walking everywhere to a desk job where I sit and commute by car, and am struggling to adapt to the new situation.)

  50. Kerry on December 22, 2010 at 11:53 am

I would like to see an idiots guide to Whole Foods. lol For example what are the best healthy foods to try, their benefits, how do you prepare them, etc. I’ve never been to a Whole Foods and I think I would feel overwhelmed by all the choices. I also see a lot of different foods used in the blog world (like Chia seeds, etc) and am unsure how to incorporate them into my diet.
