    I’d love to see more journal-like entries about coping with change, transitions, stress, etc. Those are a big part of how to be healthy as well; it’s all synergistic! You do a fabulous job, already, though, I hope you know that! 🙂

    I check your blog a couple of times a day and I love when you talk about the different classes you take. Something I would like to see on your blog in 2011 is maybe more of an in-depth description of what you did in your classes and how we can mimic it at home.

    I would love to see a review of wii fit and or wii related exercise (just bought one, and want to know what might be fun options for rainy day exercise, etc.) I’d also like to see challenges more, like your boot camps, but maybe with a prize/goals/something… I’m competitive, so I think that would encourage me to follow along!

    I would love to see more weight workouts and accompanying stretches. I’ve found that I have a hard time stretching out the muscles that I just worked and the resulting soreness is putting me out of commission for days!

    I already like you on Facebook! In 2011 I would love to see more easy recipes and 5-minute workout videos! I also love when you review and recommend different products, I would love to see more of that! I just got some Earth Balance and Daiya yesterday (if anyone lives in the Winnipeg, MB area, and can’t find these, go to a store called Vita Health)! But you do such a good job already on the blog, I love taking a few minutes each day to hang out here.

    I love to hear all your encouraging words. I love that the blog shows you are a “real” person with a heart of gold even through the toughest of times. I would love to see more of what you wear to work out, and where the items are from etc. Also, would love to see more about how you fuel for all the exercise you do, as I am not an instructor, but absolutely LOVE Zumba, Kickboxing, Running, and Lifting! I’ve been gluten free dairy free for almost two years as well, and would love to see a post about fueling for workouts while being GF/DF. LOVE LOVE LOVE what you already are doing on the blog!     I’d like to see more of the exercise tips – specifically boot camp/strength training/cardio drills that you can do at home with no equipment! You’ve given great ones but sometimes I get bored and need some new ideas/moves!
