I just picked up some resistance bands to work on toning up my body and would love to see more ways to use them. I’m not sure if you use resistance bands but it seems like the possibilities with them could be endless…

I live and die for Lulu (like, actually), and your macaroons look insane. I’d like to see more quick weights routines… I’m a running nut, but when it comes to lifting heavy things or using my arms for anything, I’m a total wuss.

I’d like to see more of everything! haha But maybe in “readers request” form I’d like to know how you plan a full body workout, I find moves I like all the time but it’s hard to make sure I target and balance all the major muscle groups.

I love that top! I would love to see more recipes, especially ones that can be altered for a meat (man friendly,like you do for the Pilot!) and a healthier alternative. I find myself cooking things 2 ways these days (ie: pasta for him, spaghetti squash for me). I really like the workouts, but find that I don’t do them because I don’t know what all the moves are (especially strength exercises) so I think videos would help! Merry Christmas!
