Rodan + Fields giveaway

My normal skincare routine would probably make some people shudder.
It involves using a little cleanser (usually Yes To brand or Juice Beauty) on the Clairsonic at night, nighttime moisturizer, and tinted SPF moisturizer for day. Once or twice a week, I feel fancy and use a LUSH face mask. That’s it. Full-on skincare/makeup routines freak me out a little bit (toner, exfoliator, makeup remover, primer, whaaaaat?!) and I always feel intimidated when I check out new products. If it ain’t broke, right?
Well, my friend Jeni has always had absolutely gorgeous skin. In the 5 years I’ve known her, it’s continued to become even more vibrant and beautiful. When she last came to visit, it was absolutely glowing, so I asked what products she’d been using. (Unlike me, Jeni knows about makeup and skincare and stuff haha.) She had started using the Rodan + Fields products (founded by the same doctors who created the ProActiv solution) and loved them so much that she became a consultant for them. Since I was curious to try it out, she offered to send me some samples when she got home. (And because she’s one of my closest friends and know it’s important to me, she also triple-checked to make sure that the products weren’t tested on animals. Rodan +Fields is cruelty-free and supported by PETA.)
When I first opened the package, I was really excited to try out the facial, lip serum and exfoliator she sent. The verdict? I absolutely loved everything. My skin looked noticeably different in a couple of weeks. Since I found the products to be extremely effective (yet gentle enough for my sensitive skin) I asked Jeni if she might be able to do a giveaway.

I love to use Philosophy The Present as a primer. It helps control shine and keeps my makeup looking like new all day :).
I love the Pur Minerals 4-in-1 Pressed Mineral Makeup. I can use it as a powder foundation, or a powder over top of liquid foundation and as an extra concealer over top of stubborn dark spots.
I really love my MAC blush – the girl at the counter picked the perfect shade for me 🙂
Coconut oil is my favorite, especially in the winter! I leave a jar in the bathroom just to use on my hair, skin, and lips. Love it!

I love my La Mer face cream..it’s super expensive so it’s like my treat to myself once a week or so! I love it, but I’m always looking for new products to use everyday.
Definitely argan oil. I use it on my hair, lips, face, after a shave, etc.
I love coconut oil–it’s great on cuticles, as a face moisturizer, and even on split ends! And oh so natural!
Suave Green Apple leave-in conditioner! Sounds ridiculous, but it smells like childhood and keeps my fine hair from going crazy!
Ooooh another giveaway! These products sound amazing!! I loved Proactiv at first, but it really dried out my skin after awhile (I have pretty sensitive skin as well) so I’m curious how this line is… As for my fave product, for these hot dry summer days (I’m in NM) I gotta say I’m loving my Healthy Sexy Hair Soy Renewal Beach Spray. Adds a bit of moisture and texture. ?

I totally agree with you, Gina. Moroccan Oil is pretty great and completely changed my hair for the better. My favorite beauty product is Cover Girl Outlast Lip Stain. I’m not a fan of Cover Girl cosmetics, but I have been obsessed with their lip stain line for years now, and I love them! They look so natural and go on beautifully!
I, too, have sensitive skin, which makes finding skincare/beauty products tricky! Since using products with SPF is also important to me, I have been a faithful user of Bare Minerals makeup for years. Their products rock (and have sun protection)!

L’oreal BB cream. It’s like magic the way it matches your skin color.
My absolute fave beauty product is Biore’s ice cleanser. It’s not at all glamorous, but it’s a necessity for my oily, 20-something skin!

My favorite is Burt’s Bees original lip balm. It keeps my lips hydrated without drying them out more later like a lot of lip balms do.

coconut oil and I love mychelle products, it makes my skin look amazing and I love that there natural and its made from plants and fruits and all the products smell amazing!
L’Oreal Magic BB Cream. It applies easily, matches my skin tone perfectly and gives me the coverage I need without breaking the bank!
The Aztec Secret bentonite clay masque, applied with a little apple cider vinegar, makes my skin luminescent and calms the oil situation the freak DOWN. Proactiv saved me as a hormonal teenager, so I am really curious to explore this other line of products. And I lovelovelove that it’s not tested on animals!!
I love coconut oil as a body lotion and as a deep conditioner/hair mask!! Every week or so I’ll lather up, sleep in it, and let it soak in. Makes my skin super soft and my hair is so moisturized (and not greasy!)
OH, I’ve heard amazing things about this brand.

I use ProActive. Usually just the face scrub. I forget to use Steps 2 & 3. It has made such a difference with my adult acne. I love it.
Mine is Marakesh Oil…similar to Moroccan Oil…I love it!

I’ve just discovered the Pixi line of makeup at Target and love it! The Flawless Beauty Primer makes my skin look, well flawless and gives it a subtle glow underneath my bare minerals powder.
I love my matted primer. Perfect on these hot days. Need my makeup to stay put!!!
i absolutely love LUSH’s Ocean Salt Mask for exfoliating my skin. I use it twice a week, and it cleans my pores while brightening my skin! I heard great things about Rodan and Fields as well but haven’t had a chance to try their products yet!
My favorite skincare product is Coconut oil, it’s natural and works for everything. Always had problems with my skin, blemishes, etc., so a product like this would be awesome. Thanks for doing this giveaway. So fun and exciting.

My favorite skin product is coconut oil! I use it as a moisturizer, nighttime eye treatment, shave gel, and on diaper rash on my little guy. Plus, I can also use it to cook our pancakes 🙂
I love Couture Colour’s Pequi Oil Treatment! My hair is fine so other products like moroccon oil or argon oil can leave it looking greasy in certain weather but this tames my frizz and adds shine no matter what. Even in this hot NYC humidity!
