In all honesty, the pilot and I are ready to go to bed and start Tuesday because this Monday has been a little insane. After I stayed up most of the night changing the bedding and cleaning dog vomit, the pilot was late to work because he couldn’t find his wallet, the dogs would NOT let me nap because they’d rather randomly bark –they didn’t get a walk today which explains everything, and I just got a phone call from the pilot who gashed his hand open taking our recycling to base (an aluminum can cut him). He walked to the side of the recycling center to rinse his hand off with the hose and a wasp flew over and stung him. For real?!?
On days like this, I remind myself of the good things.

I’ve got two training appointments and a Zumba class and am thinking about going to the gym to take Pilates and get a little Zen action in my life.
For the Summer Shape Up girls, this week is the last week of the challenge and we’ll be repeating Week 1. If you’ve been lifting and doing your cardio this entire time, try upping the weights a little this week to make things more challenging, or tack on a few extra reps.
