Hi everyone! If we didn’t already meet a few months ago, let me to introduce myself… I’m a writing, cheese eating, wine drinking bad yogi and I teach vinyasa flow in Tampa Bay. I believe that yoga should be accessible and fun and that’s exactly what I aim to deliver in all my classes. Today’s post is inspired by my spunky group of power yogis who like things a little more on the challenging side… My power classes are full of arm balance and inversion practicing and always have some good strong core work thrown in for good measure. Say what?! Core work? It’s true – even in yoga, it’s important to keep the core strong, so today’s post is all about those abs!
