Erin: Sexy September Abs

Hi guys! We’re enjoying a vacation right now, but I have some fun things planned for the blog in the meantime! Hi everyone! If we didn’t already meet a few months ago, let me to introduce myselfโ€ฆ I’m a writing, cheese eating, wine drinking bad yogi and I teach vinyasa flow in Tampa Bay. I believe that yoga should be accessible and fun and that’s exactly what I aim to deliver in all my classes. Today’s post is inspired by my spunky group of power yogis who like things a little more on the challenging sideโ€ฆ My power classes are full of arm balance and inversion practicing and always have some good strong core work thrown in for good measure. Say what?! Core work? It’s true – even in yoga, it’s important to keep the core strong, so today’s post is all about those abs!
This little video will only take you 10 minutes – but don’t let the shortened time fool ya! It’s a doozy, so prepare to sweat!

  18. To tell the truth, I usually do harder exercises to train my abs, but since I like trying new methods I gave a try for this workout. I enjoyed it very much and it trained my muscles. In addition, it helped me to calm down after a hard day. Thanks for sharing!
