10 Days of Giveaways: Day 10 (Evolution Harvest)
Hi friends. Hope you’re having a wonderful week. We’ve had a loss in our family, which is why I haven’t added my usual content to the blog in the past couple of days. I’ve been spending time with the fam, taking a break from social media, and will be back to my normal-ish routine on Sunday. I had a couple of posts that were ready to go up, including this giveaway post and a Les Mills post with some exciting news later today. Thank you to all of you who have left sweet wishes and prayers on my Facebook page. I can feel your hugs through the screen, and I appreciate it so much <3

Today’s giveaway is courtesy of Evolution Harvest. I absolutely love their juices -the spicy lemonade rocks my world- and was so excited when they said they’d participate. They sent me a little goodie box to “test” out the prize, too ๐
The package included bars, trail mix, and a $25 gift card to enjoy some Evolution Harvest juices at Starbucks. Livi and I couldn’t wait– we went to get some juices later that day ๐ Little lady loves the super green juice.
Some of my favorite qualities about Evolution:
-They’re cold pressed, meaning more of the nutrition remains intact. Many cold-pressed juices are expensive, especially here in Tucson, and Evolution juices are more reasonably priced (around $4). They have the giant apple juices at Costco, too!
-They offer organic juices
-The snacks were amazing. I was surprised by the bars, too. Usually I’m kind of “meh” about bars -they have to be REALLY good to be exciting to me- and they were surprisingly awesome. Great texture and flavors, but I wish agave wasn’t a main ingredient. (I’d roll with dates or maple syrup, but that’s just me.)

i have always wanted to try the cucumber pineapple ginger juice. sounds so good
My go-to green juice is cucumber, kale/spinach, lots of lemon and ginger and maybe an apple.
As for on the go snacks? Trail mix and fruits (apples/oranges) are always in the rotation.
Would love to try these!
I love spinach, almond butter, orange, banana, and plain yogurt!
I love the Orange Juice, so fresh!
I like the sweet greens juice but I would like to try some of the other favors as well. The juice acts as a great afternoon pick me up!
I love fresh fruit for an easy, portable snack – usually a crisp apple
I think you can’t go wrong with almonds and an apple. Super portable and filling!

I’m usually a silent reader but had to laugh when I saw this post as I’m sipping my Evo Fresh Essential Vegetables ๐ my husband and I live for this stuff. We tried the soy pepitas vanilla bar but would love to try the others. Prayers for you and your family. Natalie.
The Evolution Sweet Greens juice is delicious. Lately, I’ve been having a boiled egg with some sliced veggies as an afternoon snack.

fav on the go snack is def a wrap with almond butter and banana!
My favorite on the go snack right now is trail mix. I got one at Costco that has probiotic yogurt chips, mango, acia berries. So good!
When I juice I use 1/2 apple, a cuke, kale, lemon, and ginger. Yay green!
My favorite on the go snack has to be wheat crackers and string cheese, with some sort of fruit. Yum!

My favorite on-the-go snack lately is homemade trail mix – I make a big batch and then my husband and I have it for snacks throughout the week!

I love green juices (my favorite brand I’ve tried is Naked), but I don’t own a juicer and they’re so expensive, so it’s more of a treat for me to get one. I would love to try these juices!!!

since residency started, i felt that my healthy eating habits have been sub par… would love to try these goodies into my regular diet during in residency to have it as part of my healthy eating!!

My favorite juice is spinach or kale, apple, cucumber, lemon and carrot! So delicious and refreshing.
I love having homemade bars/balls and trail mix for snacks, but as a student it can be hard to find time to prep everything. I would love to get some of these healthy snacks to share with some of my classmates!
