10 Days of Giveaways: Day 7 (MyYogaPro)
How about a little giveaway afternoon pick-me-up?
Something stretchy, relaxing, strengthening, invigorating…. there’s nothing in the world like a good yoga practice.
And up until now, nothing like having access to over 200 online yoga classes and the help of an amazing instructor.
My friend Erin, aka the Bad Yogi, has graced the pages of this blog with her amazing guest posts and videos. She’s basically the best of the best when it comes to yoga instructors: playful, kind, knowledgeable and a little bit of a rebel. I love her whimsical approach to the practice and have enjoyed all of her YouTube videos that I’ve tried.
She teamed up with DoYouYoga to create an online platform of yoga classes, called My Yoga Pro. My Yoga Pro includes a variety of yoga classes and an interactive method to track your achievements along the way. You can check out their Kickstarter video here for more information about the project. MYP is ready to launch, and to celebrate its inception, Erin kindly offered two all-access passes to some lucky yogis (or aspiring yogis!). The world needs more yoga, and I’m really excited that My Yoga Pro will make the practice accessible to everyone. When we lived in Valdosta, the closest yoga studio was two hours away, and I know this would have come in handy! The access passes are also reasonably priced, especially when compared to studio membership.
Two lucky readers will get all-access passes to over 200 online classes.
Here’s how to enter:
This giveaway, along with all of the week two giveaways, will end this Saturday night at midnight.

I have a love/hate relationship with double pigeon. Over time though, it has REALLY helped my hips!
I love yoga! I wish I had more time to devote to practicing! My favorite pose child’s pose!
I’m new to yoga so I don’t know many poses yet but so far I really like upward facing dog.
My favorite pose (at the moment) would be Camel Pose 🙂
It’s hard to pinpoint my favorite yoga pose, but as a runner I would have to go with pigeon pose. Nothing like pigeon to stretch out those hips after a run.
I love savasana. Sooo satisfying at the end of practice.
Down dog all the way.
I’m a big fan of the pigeon and the good old warrior 2.
Pigeon pose is my fav.
I love the challenge of chair pose!
Warrior 2 and downward dog are my favorites!
Mmmmm…I love goddess pose (on most days) and triangle, bridge, and pigeon are all in the running for my second favorite!
I love pigeon pose!!
I have been wanting to get back into yoga for quite awhile. Nothing feels quite as good as centering your mind/body/spirit, all while getting a sweat. I remember in college I had the perfect balance of yoga twice a week, with boxing on the off days, 3 times a week. Erin reminds me of that time, wanting to tap into my own “bad yogi” 🙂
Happy baby!
I’m going basic here but my fav pose is downward dog. Something about getting up in the morning and finding my first down dog of the day always makes me feel good and homey in my body. Love it!
Just now trysting to get in to yoga.
LOVE yoga and have been searching for better online yoga videos to do at home!
Chair. It’s hard.
Tree. It’s centering and calm.
Eagle pose.
I am a puristic, I like downward dog!
I have a bad hip from doing gymnastics years ago. Pigeon pose is one of those “hurts so good” poses that always makes my hips feel fantastic!
I do need more yoga in my life! Love how it helps me stretch out!
one of the classics, the sun salutation!!
I really like happy baby 🙂
My favorite pose is dancer’s pose.
I really like tree pose.
Downward dog – it’s so relaxing for me!
I just love yoga 🙂
I love Savasana for relaxation of course, but sun salutations is where its at for an easy way to get my day started!
Yay for yoga. I miss going to classes so much since i dont have a gym membership anymore since I’m moving.
I am have always been intimidated by yoga. but I want to turn over a new leaf this upcoming year and would love to start a yoga program~
Camel or pigeon!
Child’s pose has been so calming and centering for me lately.
Downward dog!
Pigeon is great but it’s a tough one for me since my hips are pretty tight. My real favorite are any balancing poses..
I love Warrior 3 or Tree Pose!
I looove feeling a good Downward Dog stretch through my legs!
Double Pigeon hurts in the best way.
I don’t even know any yoga poses. I need more yoga in my life!
Crow is fun and challenging!
I like/hate triangle pose. Its awesome to help me stretch out my constantly tight hamstrings, but it is hard…because I have tight hamstrings!
My favorite yoga pose is side plank… I struggled with it so much in the beginning if my yoga practices! However, after persistence and struggle, I can now do advance poses in side plank and feel energized in this pose!
Pigeon! Hurts so good
Crow! It’s hard…
I absolutely love the entire sun salutation series. And of course savasana. 🙂
My favorite is pigeon, sooo good for hips of runners
Love camel pose!
I have only done yoga once but I fell in love. I love the stretch of the muscles and the way everything feels.
Pigeon pose – so good for sore runner’s hips.
