10 Days of Giveaways: Day 7 (MyYogaPro)
How about a little giveaway afternoon pick-me-up?
Something stretchy, relaxing, strengthening, invigorating…. there’s nothing in the world like a good yoga practice.
And up until now, nothing like having access to over 200 online yoga classes and the help of an amazing instructor.
My friend Erin, aka the Bad Yogi, has graced the pages of this blog with her amazing guest posts and videos. She’s basically the best of the best when it comes to yoga instructors: playful, kind, knowledgeable and a little bit of a rebel. I love her whimsical approach to the practice and have enjoyed all of her YouTube videos that I’ve tried.
She teamed up with DoYouYoga to create an online platform of yoga classes, called My Yoga Pro. My Yoga Pro includes a variety of yoga classes and an interactive method to track your achievements along the way. You can check out their Kickstarter video here for more information about the project. MYP is ready to launch, and to celebrate its inception, Erin kindly offered two all-access passes to some lucky yogis (or aspiring yogis!). The world needs more yoga, and I’m really excited that My Yoga Pro will make the practice accessible to everyone. When we lived in Valdosta, the closest yoga studio was two hours away, and I know this would have come in handy! The access passes are also reasonably priced, especially when compared to studio membership.
Two lucky readers will get all-access passes to over 200 online classes.
Here’s how to enter:
This giveaway, along with all of the week two giveaways, will end this Saturday night at midnight.

This sounds amazing! Going to youtube to check some of her videos out right now. 🙂
Yoga makes my hips happy and my heart sing. Also, One Bad Yogi is amazing. Awesome giveaway!
I’m not really advanced enough in my yoga to have a favourite pose – hopefully this gets me there!
I love Full Wheel. It’s a great opener!
I’ve always been a bit intimidated by yoga, but I recently gave it a try. Really starting to love it! This is an amazing giveaway!
I can’t get enough of pigeon… my hips and butt and quads could stretch forever!
I’m super new to yoga, I took my first classes ever a few months ago. Downward dog feels amazing, but i have a loooooooong way to go!
dancer’s! my ultimate favorite
I am just getting into yoga, but I have found so far downward dog and tree pose have helped me alot with my balance and helping to relax after a good workout!
I love the warrior series – it has always been one of my faves!
I really like floor bow 🙂
I’ve trying to go to yoga as regularly as possible but it’s so tough! I don’t know if I can pick a favorite pose– I love anything that opens my hips and lower back but I feel like I get the most out of yoga when I start with the downward dog> chaturanga > downward dog. A couple passes through that sequence and I’m already feeling good!
I like just good ol’ downward dog. I feel so relaxed and stretched out after and I have finally been able to put my heels all the way down.
As a runner, I’m in love with the pigeon because it helps me out so much and like most have said…It just hurts so good 😉
i love happy baby. not only does it feel good but i love the silliness of it since sometimes i can take yoga a little to serious.

Oh, this would be fantastic. I’m a huge lover of yoga and want to get more into it since moving to L.A.! I would love to be able to practice from home.
My favorite yoga pose is the cheetah!
There is nothing like a downward facing dog!
Cool! I’ve been looking for something to help me establish a yoga practice. This looks like just the thing!
Oops! I didn’t say my favorite yoga pose. I’m a fan of all of the warrior poses – just the name warrior makes me feel strong!
Crow pose for my super tight hips!
Downward Dog!
Tree pose
Fun, I love being able to practice yoga at home.
I love pigeon and supine twist, I like to work those into my finishing poses even if they’re not part of the practice. I run, so my hips and lower back get crazy tight and these poses help!
I love side crow! I did it for the first time for an extended pose without falling on my face…winning!
My favorite yoga pose is crow!
Favorite pose…that’s tough! Down dog…basic goodness love. Challenge love right now…scorpion. 🙂
After trying to conquer it for the past three months, I’m a huge fan of wheel pose. Next goal: forearm stand!
My favorite is either dancer or crow! Both make me feel strong and I have to be totally focused to so them.
I love Erin’s videos! Right now, my favorite pose is handstand! I am also in a love/hate relationship with any pose that involves those hips!
