10 Days of Giveaways: Day 7 (MyYogaPro)
How about a little giveaway afternoon pick-me-up?
Something stretchy, relaxing, strengthening, invigorating…. there’s nothing in the world like a good yoga practice.
And up until now, nothing like having access to over 200 online yoga classes and the help of an amazing instructor.
My friend Erin, aka the Bad Yogi, has graced the pages of this blog with her amazing guest posts and videos. She’s basically the best of the best when it comes to yoga instructors: playful, kind, knowledgeable and a little bit of a rebel. I love her whimsical approach to the practice and have enjoyed all of her YouTube videos that I’ve tried.
She teamed up with DoYouYoga to create an online platform of yoga classes, called My Yoga Pro. My Yoga Pro includes a variety of yoga classes and an interactive method to track your achievements along the way. You can check out their Kickstarter video here for more information about the project. MYP is ready to launch, and to celebrate its inception, Erin kindly offered two all-access passes to some lucky yogis (or aspiring yogis!). The world needs more yoga, and I’m really excited that My Yoga Pro will make the practice accessible to everyone. When we lived in Valdosta, the closest yoga studio was two hours away, and I know this would have come in handy! The access passes are also reasonably priced, especially when compared to studio membership.
Two lucky readers will get all-access passes to over 200 online classes.
Here’s how to enter:
This giveaway, along with all of the week two giveaways, will end this Saturday night at midnight.

I would have to say pigeon or downward dog. Also love upward dog and child’s pose!
pigeon is my fave!
Definitely shoulder stand!
Oh, and my favourite yoga pose is dancer’s pose 🙂
I just started to try yoga and I’m definitely still a beginner. So far downward dog gives a good stretch.
I love the pigeon pose. Or child’s pose. haha!
I’m very good at Shavasana 😉
I need to do more yoga! Pigeon is one of my favorites!
Pigeon!
I don’t have a favorite yet. But I have been thinking a lot lately about trying to add yoga to my current program. This would be a great place to start (maybe after one or 2 studio classes to get some form cues).
Our yoga studios are so expensive in my area. This looks like a great alternative!
I love Eagle pose. It makes me feel strong!
I love a good child’s pose to just stretch out and breathe.
How cool! My fave pose would have to be Corpse pose 😉
I love downward facing dog! Besides feeling like a great base pose for any yoga flow, it really stretches many muscles I often forget about.
downward dog!
Not sure what my fav pose is but I do love any of the balance poses:)
Tree pose!
I don’t have a favorite pose yet! Yoga is something I’ve always wanted to get into; a whole new type of workout for me that would probably do me just as much good mentally as physically. Cost has always detered me, this is a great solution!
I rarely do yoga because I’m so intimidated by it so I’d have to say child’s pose 😉
I love pigeon’s pose
I love triangle pose. Hands down my favorite!
Pigeon pose definitely!
hmmm haven’t done yoga enough to have a favorite.
I love any backbends because they really allow me to clear my mind and reset.
Downward dog 🙂 This would be soo great! Since yoga studios seem to be so expensive, I have just been doing the P90x yoga tape over and over!
I am new to yoga and working on it. Great giveaway.
Crow! I finally trust myself enough to let go and balance. For months, I was scared of landing on my forehead 🙂
Definitely pigeon!
Yoga is life changing! I fell in love a little over a year ago. My favorite pose is and always has been humble warrior. The perfect combination of strength to hold on and strength to let go. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE!
ahhh. pigeon pose!
This would have been perfect the other day when my yoga studio was closed due to snow!
It has to be a tie between tripod headstand (because if I can do that, I can do anything) and pigeon pose (because my IT bands thank me).
I love headstand! also I lost my only yoga dvd’s and I was recently wanting to get back into lead practices. Sounds like a great resource!
You can’t beat downward dog!
I know it’s not very lady-like, but happy baby is my favorite! I love the stretch I get in all of my tight spots
Warrior 🙂
Bridge pose will always be a fave! It just feels so good to open up the hips in that way.
Crow is currently a favorite because I finally mastered it but I’m also a fan of wheel too!
Anything that stretches my hips!
I’m freaking over this giveaway! I love their kickstarter idea and would love to do yoga from my living room with them. Fave pose = downward dog. Simple but so so good every time.
Pigeon pose, my hips need that attention when running as much as I like. It keeps me young 🙂
I love doing yoa but its been a few months. This site looks awesome as a way to get back into it.
downward dog! It always stretches me so good!
I just started doing yoga and am totally in love! Pigeon pose is my favorite 🙂
I’m pretty much an expert at Shavasana! 😛
Happy baby…it reminds me of my son when he was little and in that pose and happy while playing as an infant.
It’s so hard to get to the yoga studio sometimes, this would be an amazing prize to win!
I actually have never done yoga, but I know I need to. But I’d love to win this for my sister-in-law who LOVE it!
I love downward facing dog and Warrior II. The first helps loosen all my tight places and the second makes me feel powerful.
