10 Days of Giveaways: Day 7 (MyYogaPro)
How about a little giveaway afternoon pick-me-up?
Something stretchy, relaxing, strengthening, invigorating…. there’s nothing in the world like a good yoga practice.
And up until now, nothing like having access to over 200 online yoga classes and the help of an amazing instructor.
My friend Erin, aka the Bad Yogi, has graced the pages of this blog with her amazing guest posts and videos. She’s basically the best of the best when it comes to yoga instructors: playful, kind, knowledgeable and a little bit of a rebel. I love her whimsical approach to the practice and have enjoyed all of her YouTube videos that I’ve tried.
She teamed up with DoYouYoga to create an online platform of yoga classes, called My Yoga Pro. My Yoga Pro includes a variety of yoga classes and an interactive method to track your achievements along the way. You can check out their Kickstarter video here for more information about the project. MYP is ready to launch, and to celebrate its inception, Erin kindly offered two all-access passes to some lucky yogis (or aspiring yogis!). The world needs more yoga, and I’m really excited that My Yoga Pro will make the practice accessible to everyone. When we lived in Valdosta, the closest yoga studio was two hours away, and I know this would have come in handy! The access passes are also reasonably priced, especially when compared to studio membership.
Two lucky readers will get all-access passes to over 200 online classes.
Here’s how to enter:
This giveaway, along with all of the week two giveaways, will end this Saturday night at midnight.

Child’s pose
Eight angle pose!
I love Erin’s yoga videos!
I’ve been trying to figure out how to incorporate more yoga into my weekly workouts, this would be great.
I have a very complicated busy work schedule, so this would be great to help me fit more yoga into my busy lifestyle!
Downward dog, sometimes with my pet dog joining in
Thread the needle!
definitely child’s pose 🙂
Eagle pose!
My fave is shavasana, cause that means it’s almost over! Lol
I love triangle and sun salutations!
I love repeating sun salutations!
Would love to do yoga on a more regular basis!
I would love this! I’ve been trying to incorporate yoga more, but it’s hard because I don’t have a gym or yoga studio membership. I love triangle pose.
My absolute favorite pose is tree! I feel so centered and peaceful. It is so simple, yet so rewarding every time.
I have missed doing yoga since I came up to school, my gym doesn’t offer classes at a time I can go 🙁 But I love down dog, and shavasna, of course 😉
Child’s pose…so relaxing.
I love sun salutations and wheel I think its called? I recently got this pose down and I feel so good after!
I’ve been trying to up my home yoga practice. This is exactly what I’ve been looking for!
I want to try yoga, but there aren’t any studios/classes close to me. This would be awesome!
I really need to get into a regular yoga practice. I’ve been reluctant because of a bad knee, but I have to start somewhere, right?
I have only done yoga a handful of times in my own home. I would love this!!!
My favorite pose so far is probably the crow. At first I was like, ha ha Erin, no freaking way. I tried it failed and moved on. My husband is doing the 30 day challenge now and I’m doing his and mine (I finished this AM). When he got to crow I was able to do it! Yay! It was so rewarding to be there!
There’s another pose that she does later in the 30 day, that I call tie yourself in a knot pose. That one was a bit too much, but maybe I’ll get it the second time around too. 🙂
My favorite pose is child’s pose!
My favorite yoga poses are any shoulder openings. A non-traditional one is the prone should twist where you lie facedown, arms at 90 degrees to your body and roll to one side opening up the shoulder head. Aaaahh.
I’ve just recently fallen in love with yoga, so winning this giveaway would be amazing!!
Downward dog!
Yoga is such an important part of my life and workout schedule! This would be a great way to practice when I can’t make it to class!
I love this website! I just started the 30 day yoga challenge she did! I did day 1 today! 🙂

My fave pose is pigeon & after having a baby in October I have been struggling A) getting workouts in B) getting good stretches & C) of course getting myself centered has been lacking greatly. Nameste.

Tree pose
I’ve always wanted to practise some yoga, but I have never been able to find a studio nearby…this might be the ideal solution!
Great! I could do with a little yoga!
I prefer sun salutations and savasana!
I love the downward dog.
i am now in a phase of doing yoga at home so access to more variety would be great
Love a good yoga session at home!
Amazing. Access to more kinds of yoga would be fantastic, stuck with the same poses/flows for a while now! Yoga For The Win!
P.s Favourite? Pigeon, just because it looks more impressive than it is to do 😉
I’m working on a good tree pose atm, seeing as I’m just starting out and would LOVE access to more classes online!
vrksasana and sirasana are probably my two favorites ! Love getting upside down 🙂
I love this- I only do yoga at home and I’m definitely in a bit of a rut, which these classes would help me mix it up.
My favourite pose is pigeon- love the stretch and the surrender of the fold forward.
Starting inversions!! But my all time fave poses? Child Pose & Dragonfly. Such a great stretch!!
Pigeon pose to loosen up tight hips!
Nothing feels better than child’s pose at the end of a great yoga session.
