Hi guys! How’s your day going so far? It’s been a good one over here. Lots of productivity around the house, some fun -we read and played while Tangled was on in the background- and lunch.

For the next couple of weeks, in between my usual blogging stuff (recipes, workouts, shenanigans…), I’m also stoked to be hosting 10 days of awesome giveaways! A few weeks ago, I reached out to some of my favorite companies to see if they’d be interested in hooking up my lovely readers with some amazing prizes. More fitness plans and workout reviews would be great! I also love your more personal posts – it’s nice to know you are human (e.g., hearing about your awful fall on the stairs which led you to miss the 1/2 marathon).

    I would love more posts on day to day routines. I struggle the most with fitting my work outs into my day based on my shower schedule oddly enough. If I shower in the morning when I first wake up, did I just ruin my chance to work out? Should I wait to shower after I work out? I go to the gym before work most days. It’s tough figuring out a routine & knowing how to freshen up and go after a work out when there doesn’t seem time to a shower right then!

    I am excited for your Winter Shape Up! I started reading your blog years ago and have been completing these Shape Ups season after season! I also love your “Rainy Day Workout”. For some reason, that one is my go-to when I don’t have any set plans at the gym! Love it!
