Rodan + Fields giveaway
Hi friends! We’re enjoying one last day in Cali, but in the meantime, I have some fun posts planned! Today is a giveaway and Fashion post, and tomorrow: a new dance cardio video. Hope you’re having a wonderful start to your week! xo

My normal skincare routine would probably make some people shudder.
It involves using a little cleanser (usually Yes To brand or Juice Beauty) on the Clairsonic at night, nighttime moisturizer, and tinted SPF moisturizer for day. Once or twice a week, I feel fancy and use a LUSH face mask. That’s it. Full-on skincare/makeup routines freak me out a little bit (toner, exfoliator, makeup remover, primer, whaaaaat?!) and I always feel intimidated when I check out new products. If it ain’t broke, right?
Well, my friend Jeni has always had absolutely gorgeous skin. In the 5 years I’ve known her, it’s continued to become even more vibrant and beautiful. When she last came to visit, it was absolutely glowing, so I asked what products she’d been using. (Unlike me, Jeni knows about makeup and skincare and stuff haha.) She had started using the Rodan + Fields products (founded by the same doctors who created the ProActiv solution) and loved them so much that she became a consultant for them. Since I was curious to try it out, she offered to send me some samples when she got home. (And because she’s one of my closest friends and know it’s important to me, she also triple-checked to make sure that the products weren’t tested on animals. Rodan +Fields is cruelty-free and supported by PETA.)
When I first opened the package, I was really excited to try out the facial, lip serum and exfoliator she sent. The verdict? I absolutely loved everything. My skin looked noticeably different in a couple of weeks. Since I found the products to be extremely effective (yet gentle enough for my sensitive skin) I asked Jeni if she might be able to do a giveaway.
Here’s what one lucky winner will receive:
You can check out more of the products on her site here and there is a solution tool to help decide what products would be best for your skin.
How to enter:
Just leave a comment with with your favorite skincare or beauty product. If I had to narrow it down to one, mine would be Moroccan oil. It makes my hair smell great and keeps the frizzies away.
I’ll pick the winner via random number generator and announce in this week’s Friday Faves post.
Hope you have a wonderful day! <3
xoxo

(Not sponsored– just wanted to support one of my best friends and spread the word about this awesome line)
Eye makeup removing lotion! Neutrogena and Maybelline make great ones! I’m too lazy to apply regular remover to a cotton ball!
I love makeup remover wipes. They’re so convenient for those days when you need to wash off a day’s worth of makeup but don’t feel like going through a huge production. Right now, I’m using and liking the Yes to Grapefruit version.
It’s important to me to pick products that cruelty free as well as free of nasty toxins that are in soooo many products these days. I’ve been on a no paraben kick since my mom was diagnosed with cancer 2 years ago.
My favorite is probably this spray toner I have from Jason cosmetics-
It has been really refreshing this summer.
I would agree Moroccan oil for my curly hair.
I don’t wear much make-up, but I do think the new BB creams are great. ALso love the Rosebud lip salve, just like you.
Burt’s Bees chapstick is one of my favorites. Love the flavor and how it makes my lips fee.
I love my Eucerin night time face lotion…enough to keep my skin from drying out, but not too heavy as to leave me feeling greasy!
My favorite skin product would definitely be my clarisonic!
I have used Clinique for years and years…… lol
I’m WAY into lightweight products for summer:
Neutragena face cream with SPF 15 rocks and I just started using BB curl creme and I love it!
For me, it’s a toss up between coconut oil (as a moisturizer/conditioner) and St. Ive’s Apricot Scrub. I’ve been using them both for years and cannot imagine life without them!
My favorite skin-care product is Rosewater Witch Hazel Astringent!
My favorite skin care product is plain old coconut oil!
Coconut oil!! It’s the best!
I’d have to say Chapstick, as sad as that is haha
My favorite skincare/beauty product is lotion! I use lotion multiple times a day and I can’t live without it!
My favorite beauty item is the classic Ponds Cold cream. I have been putting it on my face nightly since I was a teenager and have never experienced dry skin since.
Right now I am loving my Clairsonic and Coconut Oil for makeup remover ๐ I would love to try something new! Love + Shine CourtStar

I’m loving coconut oil right now. It’s great for everything- I use it as a hair moisturizer, makeup remover, and body lotion!
Cetaphil cleanser & lotion! It is my favorite for years.
Cetaphil cleanser & lotion
I just tried out a new bb cream and so far so good but I would love to try this new product!!

Definitely Dr. Dennis Gross tinted moisturizer….I’m low maintenance (aka lazy) when it comes to makeup and this moisturizer is quick and easy. Bonus,…I’ve never had so many people ask “what did you do? You’re skin looks amazing”. It’s magic elixir!
I’m totally lovin Burt’s bees deep cleanser. The scent is awesome!
My favorite (2) products are absent purely radiant face wash and purely radiant moisturizer. They’ve been my staples for years!!
Aveeno!! Not absent. Stupid phone…
Even though it’s expensive, my favorite beauty product is Philosophy’s microdelivery scrub – so amazing and easy to do!
Origins never a dull moment is a weekly must for me.
I use spectro gel cleanser and love it. I could use some skin care help, though as I get older my skin just isn’t looking great!
I love the body shop tea tree oil moisturizer. I’ve definitely noticed a difference in my skin!
Josie Moran Argan Oil. I use it on my face, hair, and nails. Anywhere I need moisture. Here in New Mexico that = everywhere!
Clinique’s moisturizer. It is super basic and the only one that gives me enough moisture without bothering my skin.
Dry shampoo. Saves my life all the time.
I love Eos chapstick!
Love Moroccan oil!
I love my Clinique foundation.
I love Missha BB cream, it makes my skin look flawless!

cetaphil face wash changed my life!
Cetaphil! Makes my skin smooth and super clean feeling.
In my 20s I had acne and Rodan &Field’s Proactiv saved me from hiding in shadows and dim lighting. Serious life changer.
