Hacking open a Thai coconut using this awesome Coco Jack contraption. It was super easy to use and much safer than my โ€œone hand behind the back cleaverโ€ method. (I asked the owner if heโ€™d do a giveaway and he said YES so stay tuned!)

Almond meal oats sounds yummy. I had a great weekend, full of teaching some Les Mills classes and training clients at Equinox. This weekend I was officially trained how to use the ViPR tool for full-body integrated workouts. Have you heard of it? It’s officially amazing and super hard to use. I can’t wait to start incorporating it into the programs I put together for clients. Happy Sunday!

    yummmm fresh coconut water!

We went to the Brad Paisley concert last night with a group – super fun! – but you should not stay up until 1am at 36 weeks pregnant haha. Today consisted of family walk, the park (in what felt like slow motion) and a family nap after lunch. Feeling muuuuuuuch better. ๐Ÿ™‚

Those are statues of Hindu gods, primarily Shiva and Ganesh. There isn’t a single Buddha in the photo.

I was hiking in the Swiss Alps this weekend. One of my favorite places in the world – absolutely gorgeous!!
