A very special blogiversary [giveaway]- ended
Hi friends ๐ Howโs your morning going? Hope youโre having a wonderful day. <3
So the blog is 3 years old!!
The blog actually turned 3 last week, but with the Summer Shape Up and exciting news, I didnโt want to overload the week with too much going on.
For this post, I was originally planning on doing a list of events that have happened in the past 3 years, and then I realized:
1. A LOT of stuff has gone down and
2. the events arenโt what matter– itโs about the community, support, discussions and relationships that have been created in this tiny speck on the internet ๐ You are 99.9% of the reason why this blog is what it isโฆ I just write it, youโre the ones who show up for the party ๐
This little blog began as an urge to share my love of health and a distraction from online shopping while I was bored in Valdosta – it has grown so much in the past 3 years. Itโs changed and evolved with me, and Iโve had so much fun writing every word.
As a little thank you for changing my life, making this so rewarding and enjoyable, and just for being awesome, I thought it would be fun to do a little giveaway. Giving is always better than receiving for special occasions, anyway ๐ I picked a few of my absolute favorite things and this giveaway is sponsored by myself and the Pilot ๐
To go with the โ3 yearsโ theme, there will be 3 different winners:
-1 commenter will receive my favorite lululemon jacket, the Define Jacket in a color/size of their choice ($99)
-1 Facebook fan will receive a pair of Toms shoes (size/color of choice) and a Nars Orgasm blush from Sephora ($100)
(Iโm OBSESSED with the new crochet ones!! And everyone needs this blush)
-1 Twitter friend will receive a iTools Style Winder 1โ curling iron ($140)
(I still owe ya a video on how to use it, because itโs life-changing)
+ each winner will receive a dozen macaroons in a flavor of their choice ๐
This means you have 3 different ways to win 3 different prizes:
***This giveaway has ended as of 9:35 EST on June 15.
Thank you again for an incredible 3 years ๐
Love you guys,
Gina

Happy Bday Bloggy! I say keep doing what youre doing…. Its hard to say I want to see just 1 thing because life changes. I love the mix of work, fitness, fam and fun that you include into the blog not just 1 aspect! Ive been reading for 2 years now and is one of my favorite blogs! ๐
Congratulations on 3 years and going strong! This next year, I’m looking forward to seeing the baby fitnessista and all of the exciting things that a little one will offer to your lives.

I love the additions to family posts and fashion! I can’t wait to see more of the baby and you and the pilot becoming parents!!!
Yay! Happy 3rd Birthday Bloggy!!
I would love to see more encouraging posts (you have such a great outlook!). Maybe more posts on what you notice as a fitness instructor and tips for newbs to gyms or exercising!!
Congrats on 3 years! I’m so excited to follow your adventures this year as you become a mom to a baby pilot or fitnessista. I hope you will blog about being healthy and active throughout pregnancy and motherhood!
Happy Blogiversary!! Can’t wait to hear more about the little one and the growing family. I would love to win any of those awesome items!!
Seeing as a little one is on the way any pregnancy health and fitness tips ๐
Also love seeing new recipes.
I love reading about your life. It may be the nosy journalist in me – but I family posts rock my socks. Sometimes I find it hard to relate to the diet and exercise regimes attached to fitness/wellness blogs – but I can always relate to family and friends!
I’d love to see more videos; especially the ones with hair tips! Congrats on all the good things happening in your life!
Congrats on 3 fantastic years (& on your pregnancy), Gina!!! I’ve been a faithful reader for probably 1 1/2 years and always look forward to your posts! I love the recipes/food aspect, so I would like to see more raw recipes that do not use the dehydrator…simply b/c I don’t have one ๐ ! Also, I would like to read more about the process you went through with your preparation for getting pregnant because I also hope to be getting to that point sometime soon, but want to make sure my body is totally ready. Thanks for all the awesome information day in and day out!!
I love this blog! Just recently started reading, but now I check it at least once a day ๐ You have a great assortment of everything I love, but I guess what I’d like to see even more in the future are videos and play lists for workouts. It makes the workouts and moves you prescribe even more real-life and motivates me to follow them!
Thanks, again, and congrats!! ๐
Congratulations! I can’t imagine my mornings without your posts (you, HEAB, and CCK are as important as breakfast to me), and I’m so happy for everything that has been going on in your life!
I’d like to see a macaroon recipe! Hehe, just kidding. I love that you’ve been putting in a lot of effort in making a gluten-free lifestyle still look delicious, I’d love to see more of that!
Thanks for being amazing ๐
As someone that will be a first time mommy in just a few short weeks (AHHHH!!) I’m looking forward to your nutrition and workouts and how they adapt with baby on the way and after baby arrives. I’ve already signed up for a 1/2 marathon in November to kick my butt in gear after the baby comes!
I love your blog! Can’t wait to see your pregnancy posts!
I follow you on twitter!
More recipes! You always have good ones!

I just started reading your blog a month ago and just love (lurve) it! My favorite things are the recipes and the summer shape up plan, so of course I would love to see more of those in the coming year. I also adore the pilot posts, so keep em comin’!
i liked you on FB!
I would love to see more of everything fitnessista related! I am loving your family, fashion and lifestyle posts in addition to gina- eats and work outs…Congratulations on 3 years!
Congrats on 3 years!!! I started following you in January and you’ve helped me maintain my motivation to alter my lifestyle so that I can be active and healthy for years to come. Over the next year, I hope you will blog more recipes and motivational type posts. I also love your workout reviews and hope those continue, especially when you try new or unique workouts.
Congrats!! I have been reading your blog since close to the beginning and I loooooove it. You better believe that if I ever visit Tucson I will go to one of your dance classes!
I am loving the fashion posts, so I hope you keep those coming! I also want to see a baby Fitnessista/Pilot this year ๐
Happy Anniversary! I’d love to see more recipes (I cant tell you how many times I’ve got myself accidentally using the word “amazeballs” in non-fitnessita conversaion), but as someone who’s just trying to get into the more organic/good-for-you market, it would also be helpful to know the best places to find [read:afford] some of the ingredients (i was shocked at how pricey quinoa was, but i do so love it now)!
Wow Gina you are truly amazing ๐
What I would love to see on the blog is some workouts to do while prego ๐ I already have a daughter, but for when I have my next baby I want to be prepared :)!!
I would love to see how you translate your healthy eating lifestyle and workouts to your time during pregnancy, and after the baby is born. Hope I get to try some roons! ๐
Since my little baby is almost 4 months old, I’d love to see/hear how you approach diet and fitness throughout and post-pregnancy. I have struggled a bit with time management(an understatement!) since he was born and I’ve gone back to work, so I’m always curious how others fit it in. Happy Blogiversary!
I’d love to see more stuff about the baby/your growing family! You’re a few steps ahead of me, and I can’t wait to see how you guys do it. ๐
I’ve only been reading for about a month, but I’m hooked! I’ve been checking in almost daily – and I started at a very exciting time ๐ I lived in Tucson years ago, and have enjoyed watching some of my old haunts pop up occasionally, and have already gotten a lot of mileage out of your workouts and recipes.
In the coming year, I look forward to more of all that you do best, and would also like to see some quiet indoor cardio workout moves for people in old apartments with downstairs neighbors (is it possible?!) and would love to see you get a cookbook deal!
Would LOVE to see more trainer and instructor tips and tools for the fitness pros out here! ๐
I would love to see more recipes, yours are the best! And of course everything baby related!
I’d love to see more posts about your pregnancy journey – including post-baby body workouts!
Happy blog birthday Gina! I’d like to see more of your amazing recipes! ๐

So I am really excited to see how how you maintain a healthy lifestyle thru pregnancy and the changes that will happen with that! My husband and I are hoping to get pregnant in the next year and I really want to have a healthy pregnancy but maintain an active lifestyle!
Congrats! I would love printable sheets to take to the gym with me!
I am loving all of the pregnancy news! We are hoping to have a little one soon so all of the advice is greatly appreciated! Your blog has gotten me to challenge what I believed was “healthy” and find what IS healthy for ME. Thank you, thank you for that.
Gina! I love love love reading your blog! I enjoy all the posts from your family, fashion, fitness and food sections! I would love to see more from you about motivation and why you make the choices you do! For example, your recent post about gluten free was awesome! I love learning new things like that! I visit your blog for a mix of entertainment and motivation to try new things! I also love to hear your reviews on things like Tracy Anderson’s workouts and beauty products! Keep up the good work!
I am SO excited to hear more about your pregnancy journey on the blog! I’m hoping to be pregnant with my first child by the end of the year……and I’d love to hear advice/stories from someone who is several months ahead!
