A very special blogiversary [giveaway]- ended
Hi friends 🙂 How’s your morning going? Hope you’re having a wonderful day. <3
So the blog is 3 years old!!
The blog actually turned 3 last week, but with the Summer Shape Up and exciting news, I didn’t want to overload the week with too much going on.
For this post, I was originally planning on doing a list of events that have happened in the past 3 years, and then I realized:
1. A LOT of stuff has gone down and
2. the events aren’t what matter– it’s about the community, support, discussions and relationships that have been created in this tiny speck on the internet 🙂 You are 99.9% of the reason why this blog is what it is… I just write it, you’re the ones who show up for the party 🙂
This little blog began as an urge to share my love of health and a distraction from online shopping while I was bored in Valdosta – it has grown so much in the past 3 years. It’s changed and evolved with me, and I’ve had so much fun writing every word.
As a little thank you for changing my life, making this so rewarding and enjoyable, and just for being awesome, I thought it would be fun to do a little giveaway. Giving is always better than receiving for special occasions, anyway 🙂 I picked a few of my absolute favorite things and this giveaway is sponsored by myself and the Pilot 😀
To go with the “3 years” theme, there will be 3 different winners:
-1 commenter will receive my favorite lululemon jacket, the Define Jacket in a color/size of their choice ($99)
-1 Facebook fan will receive a pair of Toms shoes (size/color of choice) and a Nars Orgasm blush from Sephora ($100)
(I’m OBSESSED with the new crochet ones!! And everyone needs this blush)
-1 Twitter friend will receive a iTools Style Winder 1” curling iron ($140)
(I still owe ya a video on how to use it, because it’s life-changing)
+ each winner will receive a dozen macaroons in a flavor of their choice 😀
This means you have 3 different ways to win 3 different prizes:
***This giveaway has ended as of 9:35 EST on June 15.
Thank you again for an incredible 3 years 🙂
Love you guys,
Gina

happy anniversary! I am a relative newcomer but your blog has quickly become a regular for me. i would love to hear more about how you learned to put together your group fitness classes and gained the confidence to teach them! I have been thinking about breaking into teaching myself (have gotten my certification), but the next step of being able to DO it for classes of people depending on me for a kick-butt workout is the hardest.
keep up the amazing blog – love it!
I’m really interested in seeing eating during pregnancy, and eating to get back into shape afterwards 🙂 I’m also DYING to see how you decorate your house! You have to do a home series 🙂 xoxo
definitely more recipes… and some pics of that baby when he/she arrives! 🙂

Unofficially? Workouts incorporating the new bundle of joy 🙂
I am new to your blog i would say i have been reading it for about 3 months. I am now addicted to it because of the recipes and you really are motivational i have since i started reading your blog dropped two pant sizes and am eating healthier and cooking healthier then i ever have. I would really like to see more videos on fitness moves and how to do them properly. Like i said before i am new to fitness and i feel lost at the gym sometimes wondering what the equipment does and how to use it. Videos on this kinda stuff would be great! Thanks for everything! oh and congrats on the baby news!! Don’t worry about the birth part it is a pain you will find totally worth it… it was for me!

I’d love to see more recipes! 🙂 I love your recipes. Seriously.
I’m sure they’ve all said it by now…. but I love your workouts, and would love to see even more. Fashion is another topic of interest, as I’m always looking for ideas/inspriation! Also how your fitness evolves during and after your pregnancy- which BTW Congratulations!
I would love to hear more about the little fitnessista or baby pilot! I know it won’t turn into a baby blog, but I like to hear how you are staying healthy and active while preggo! Congrats by the way!

Congrats on the anniversary!! I am loving the fashion posts, so I am definitely looking forward to more of those in the coming year. Also, I loved the video post of you and the Pilot (particularly when you broke the futon … Lol). More of those would be phenomenal! 😀
First off, thank you Gina for writing on this blog each and every day. For over a year now I have been diligently reading and you have inspired me to to become a healthier person! I can’t thank you enough <3
For what I would like to see–more "how to" videos! I know this will probably be hard for work outs with the little one in there–but maybe more cooking/fashion/hair/make-up? I still haven't conquered the goddess twist, haha!
Thanks!
Amy
I’d like to see videos of exercise moves I can do at home!! 🙂
I’d love to see more book reviews! I love reading and buying new cookbooks, and catching reviews is a great way to get ideas for new books I need to snatch!
