Dance Sculpt 30-minute cardio and strength workout #2
This is a fun and energetic dance-based cardio workout with an endurance strength segment at the end. Please let me know if you give it a try!
Hi friends! Howโs the morning going? I hope youโre enjoying the day so far. Today, I have some bloodwork, back-to-back podcast interviews and am putting the finishing touches on everything for our Home Workout Warrior challenge. Itโs not too late to sign up here! All the workouts and info will go out on Saturday so weโre ready to rock and roll on Monday.
For todayโs workout, I have a new Dance Sculpt workout for ya! Quite a few of you let me know you loved the last one, so Iโm excited to post another one here. The choreography is super simple and it feels so good to move the body in different directions. So much of our life happens on the sagittal plane (moving forward, maybe backwards), so itโs beneficial to twist and move laterally.
For this one, all you need is some space, a water bottle, a super light set of weights, and an open mind. ๐ Dance cardio is one of my favorite ways to move, so if you enjoy these, please let me know! Also, please remember it’s not about being perfect. It’s about moving your body and doing something that feels good.
As always, talk with a doctor before making any fitness or nutrition changes. Honor your body and modify as needed.
