Friday Faves

Hey hey! The weekend is here! What’s going on? Any fun plans? We don’t have anything official going on this weekend, but I’ve been scheming a secret getaway to Disney soon! We’re not going to tell the girls that we’re going, and just wake them up and put them in the car, with everything already packed up. It’s going to be amaaaazing. Other than last-minute Disney planning, we’ll be hanging out here, and enjoying the last few days of having Ariana in town. I’d love to hear what you’re up to!

This eyelash shirt! (Similar one here.) I picked it up at a boutique in Thomasville, and when I brought it home, Liv said, “Oh my gosh, I need a shirt like that.” So now my mission is to find a similar one in a kids’ size 6…

Bella’s laser therapy treatment. Poor Bell was in pain when she woke up Monday morning -she was whimpering and walking hunched over. It was heartbreaking- so I took her to the vet to get her checked out. Thankfully she didn’t seem to have any disc issues, but the vet felt her tense up when she examined her low back. So, she gave us a anti-inflammatory and pain meds, and also suggested laser therapy, which they offer at their office. A good friend had told me about this already, so I was pumped for Bell to try it! It can help with arthritis, inflammation, wound healing, joint issues and pain. They assured me that it doesn’t hurt and just feels like a soft massage. Bella LOVED IT. She laid in my arms like a little noodle while they gently rubbed the wand along her back.

The best news: she’s back to her spunky little self. 

This lipstick. Set Sail is a perfect dark neutral color for fall! I like that it doesn’t have that purple tint to it that deeper colors often have. Somehow if I’m wearing lipstick with my messy bun and jogger pants it makes me feel a little more like I have my life together.

 Ashley rocking PBB! I’ve loved following along her journey with my post baby bod plan, and she’s been sharing lots of her postpartum workout recaps on her Instagram. It always makes my heart happy to see mamas enjoying the plan and I’m so thankful when you let me know what you think of the workouts here on the blog and the PBB site. <3

Two girls’ nights this week.  We met up with some friends at Steel Magnolias last night for cocktails and dinner… and the necessary deviled eggs.
