How bout a roon?

Heyyyyyy ๐Ÿ˜€ How are you? Itโ€™s almost Friday! I guess the Superbowl is this weekend? No idea whoโ€™s playing, haha.

After class last night (we had 6 people! yeahh!), I came home for a super simple yet delicious dinner:

dinner

Roasted fennel and carrots, red quinoa and organic pinto beans

While I made dinner, I also packed todayโ€™s lunch so I wouldnโ€™t have to deal with it this morning ๐Ÿ˜‰

salad

Salad with bell peppers, fresh guacamole (onion, avocado, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, sea salt, lemon juice, pepper), salsa for dressing + a blueberry smoothie + an apple

  19. Erica on February 3, 2011 at 12:26 pm

My all-time favorite fitness move is the “walking crab”! This amazing abdominal exercise requires the whole body to be involved and targets the entire core! Not only do you get a cross-body abdominal crunch, but you also build stability and balance control. You start laying down, then to a table top position, then reach your hand to the opposite foot in a v-position, and finally back to start position… you may look a little funky doing it but it’s definitely *fun* and *different* than normal abdominal exercises! Try it!

  20. Kelly on February 3, 2011 at 12:26 pm
