How bout a roon?
Heyyyyyy ๐ How are you? Itโs almost Friday! I guess the Superbowl is this weekend? No idea whoโs playing, haha.
After class last night (we had 6 people! yeahh!), I came home for a super simple yet delicious dinner:
Roasted fennel and carrots, red quinoa and organic pinto beans
While I made dinner, I also packed todayโs lunch so I wouldnโt have to deal with it this morning ๐
Salad with bell peppers, fresh guacamole (onion, avocado, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, sea salt, lemon juice, pepper), salsa for dressing + a blueberry smoothie + an apple

My favorite fitness move is a kettle bell clean and press, I feel those everywhere! There is an instructor at my gym that loooves burpees, he ends every class he teaches with 1 minute of burpees.
Favourite workout move: squats!! Yay how fun… haha

Its not really a “move” but I love jump roping! I didn’t really think about it until we did it one day in my aerobics class and I forgot how much fun it could be. ๐
The plank is my all time favorite move! Cruches are so old school!
I love the saxon sidebends! I also have to tell you, I ordered new clothes from lululemon and they are amazing! So comfortable and cute and worth every penny! I love the shopping bag that comes with them- it is so inspiring!

Squats! There are a few variations of them that I really like.
Officially liked on FB. I’m a huge fan of push-ups lately (not-so-fun-fact – back in HS, I destroyed my shoulder so badly that I could barely push myself up in bed, nevermind do a push-up. Failed that part of the President’s test thingy. So, now that I can do 20 in a shot, it’s pretty frickin’ awesome.)
My favorite fitness moves are burpees as well!
I really like tricep kick-backs, but my favorite move is a plank! I got up to holding it for two minutes a few months ago and I need to get back to that ๐

My all time FAV fitness move has to be the jump squat! My Rumpelstiltskin requires a bit of lifting and the jump adds in a jolt of cardio. My man loves my bum as much as I do, all thanks to this move ๐
Ahhh I can see the packaging of the mung bean pasta! Yay for roons ๐ My fave fitness move is probably the plank with some variations thrown in there (like you showed us in your video) – brining your knees in diagonally is pretty amazing.
I love a good old-fashioned squat. I could do them all day and they are so effective.
is it copying if I say Burpees too? I didn’t know what they were until last month when I met with a personal trainer and she incorporated them into my strength training plan (to learn new exercises in becoming a buff bride for my wedding in May!) They are brutal but at the same time, I love them because I can feel a difference.
Good old-fashioned lunges work like no other move! Tough, but effective!
Walking lunges with weights! I can feel the burn just typing this!!
