How bout a roon?
Heyyyyyy 😀 How are you? It’s almost Friday! I guess the Superbowl is this weekend? No idea who’s playing, haha.
After class last night (we had 6 people! yeahh!), I came home for a super simple yet delicious dinner:
Roasted fennel and carrots, red quinoa and organic pinto beans
While I made dinner, I also packed today’s lunch so I wouldn’t have to deal with it this morning 😉
Salad with bell peppers, fresh guacamole (onion, avocado, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, sea salt, lemon juice, pepper), salsa for dressing + a blueberry smoothie + an apple

My fav fitness move is the push-up…not the on your knees kind but the up on your toes rockin’ the boy push-up kind. I can’t do many of them but I love what they do for me. I’ll have to like you on FB when I get home.
I love doing squats side to side with a resistance band on, it helps target my upper thigh where some weight has crept on.
Squats! Although I am trying to like lunges…so hard for me!
Push-ups are my favorite go-to full-body exercise, but I also love all kinds of squats!
Side leg presses on the Pilates reformer. Holy moly, they make me shake and cry every time.
I like the tricep dip because I feel the burrrrrn. Also, calf raises because I think muscular calves are just so lovely!
Planks! I liked you on Facebook awhile ago.
I don’t know the actual name but the push-up planks that Jillian Michaels uses in Level 3 of 30 day shred. You first start off in a forearm plank position and then push up one arm at a time until you’re in full plank. I love the efficiency of this move! I can really feel it in all of my body!
Its hard for me to choose what my favorite move is but I would say lat pulldowns on the cable machine (or planks). I feel very strong when I do either of those two moves.
My all-time favorite fitness move is spelling out the ABCs using a weighted medicine ball (like this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3uV7iU-MjbY&playnext=1&list=PLFE26135A732AD177). It works EVERYTHING! [:
My favs change regularly but right now I enjoy wall squats.
Thanks for the great giveaway!
Planks! I love them…even though they make me shake like crazy 😉
My favorite fitness/yoga move is triangle. It was during triangle that I have my eureka moment about what yoga really was 🙂
all time favorite: man makers! they get me EVERY time! 🙂
Squats w/weights are my all-time fave. Great overall exercise!
Awesome giveaway! My favorite move is a push-up!
I have to echo all the responses of – lunges!
My favorite fitness move might be mountain climbers… these are also up there with my least favorites, because they are SO hard!
Love downward dog! But I have just started belly dancing and I am having a blast!
Oh and I “liked” you on facebook! 🙂
I already like you on FB 🙂 but my favorite fitness move? Um… There’s this ballet-type stretch I used to do back in the day that feels SO good… not remembering what its called!
My fave fitness move is the squat!
I love doing lunges or just plain stretching to loosen up my muscles.
My favorite move is the clean and press!
I liked you on facebook!
V step for sure!
I just “liked” you on FB 🙂 Took me a minute to find you because I put one too many Ss in the name!
My favorite fitness move is Push-up Ts – doing a pushup with dumbbells and then bringing one dumbbell up to a T position. Okay it is hard to explain but hopefully you all have heard of it. It is an amazing move and makes me feel so strong – rawr!
This is so exciting! I’ve seriously been dying to try one of your famous macaroons. My favorite move is jumping jacks. I know they are cheesy and old school, but I love them!
Jumping rope!
WoW! Great giveaway!!!! Do kegals count??? hehehe If not, my favorite move push-ups. I can do 2, and I can’t wait until I can do 10!
My favorite fitness move would have to be jogging/running. I’m not that great at going long distances yet without stopping to walk but it’s my favorite!
My favorite would definitely be burpees too! Its the most effective quick full body exercise that gets your heart racing immediately.
Oh, and I already like you on facebook 🙂
i definitely have a love-hate relationship with push-ups. they’re killer but they really work!
My favorite fitness move are planks!!! 🙂
My favorite move would have to be wallsite- they look so deceptively easy!
My favorite fitness move as of right now is lunges. feels soooo good!
I love squats!!!
My all time favorite fitness move would be “figure eights” with a ten pound kettle bell. I’ve found that a kettle bell is one of the most efficient ways to lean out without bulking too much. Highly recommended! Love the blog, you are an inspiration 🙂
I LOVE dead-lifts they give you amazing legs 🙂
My fav workout move is jumping jacks! So fun 🙂
Shoulder Presses!!!
ROONS! I love the bench press, makes me feel tank-ish
and OBVIOUSLY i like you on facebook =)
Great giveaway Gina!! My fave move is kettlebell windmills – they don’t feel that hard at the time but one day after….. hooooooly obliques!!
loveee wall sits while doing arm raises with a medicine ball. kinda quirky, but love the burn in my legs.
I love plie squats! And good old bicycle crunches!
And I liked you on facebook!
I love the inverted row and the single leg squat– they both make me feel super tough and I like to work on my posterior chain!
I think burpees are probably my LEAST favorite… LOL. I’m going to go with squats. Love the burn!
My favorite work out move is the triple rocky from my cardio kickboxing class!
