How bout a roon?
Heyyyyyy ๐ How are you? Itโs almost Friday! I guess the Superbowl is this weekend? No idea whoโs playing, haha.
After class last night (we had 6 people! yeahh!), I came home for a super simple yet delicious dinner:
Roasted fennel and carrots, red quinoa and organic pinto beans
While I made dinner, I also packed todayโs lunch so I wouldnโt have to deal with it this morning ๐
Salad with bell peppers, fresh guacamole (onion, avocado, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, sea salt, lemon juice, pepper), salsa for dressing + a blueberry smoothie + an apple

My all time favorite move is the plank. It hurts and I hate it while I’m doing it, but it’s so worth it!
My favorite fitness exercise would be alternating jumping lunges. They burn in a good way:)
My favorite move is the shoulder press/squat combo – hold two dumbbells at your shoulders, squat down, press the weights up above your head as you rise up.
gotta love deadlifts or pushups! and I have to say burpees are the least fave ๐

My favorite work out move is the “teasers” in pilates!

The hardest workout move is the burpee by far! We did 40 last night during the boot camp class I took. Nearly killed me. ๐
But lately, lunges with weights and T push ups w/ weights are killing me as well.

Push-ups! It actually shocks me that I just wrote that, but I love them! They make me feel badass.

I think that my favorite move is probably speed skaters with weights (that you drop and pick up with each movement). You REALLY feel those the next day!

I need this little pick-me-up, so I’m praying to win this one ๐ (it’ll be my first!)…my favorite fitness move right now is crow in yoga because it’s challenging me to push myself past my comfort zone to a place where i may fail but i’ll have to keep trying and can eventually get it ;).

i never EVER win on these giveaways, but i try every time cos the idea of one day maybe getting lucky is too good an opportunity to miss!!! (and plus, cos im in the UK its virtually impossible to get my hands on those US goodies, so i live in hope!)
ANYWAY!!! my fave move is the plank. i never really know what strength exercises are good to do, but someone introduced me to the plank and it became my failsafe move!! (i especially liked your post on ways to switch up the plank, side plank, moving plank… PLANK-LOVE!!)

Best fitness movie around would have to be the classic, Workout starring Jane Fonda. Hehe, I love how she used to be back in the day! Those classic workout movies, especially starring Jane Fonda are THE BEST!
I’d have to say sumo squat jumps. I love the turbo fire HIIT workouts that include these.

My all-time favorite fitness move is most definitely plie squats! They never fail to give me a great workout : ) p.s. Love the “this afternoon:… ” part – it gives me a little something to look forward to at the end of the day!

My favorite fitness move is the good old jumping jack!
Jumpking Jacks! Kinda a lame one, but I know when I am feeling not so motivated in the morning I can do a few and it will get my heart pumping and get me ready for a workout!

My favorite workout move is pushups, because they work a ton of muscle groups, and there are a lot of variations you can do to keep them interesting (I just did stacked-foot pushups today!).
… That, or cartwheels for “cardio” ๐
I love planks! No matter how many times I do them, I can change them up and feel my core working hard!
