How bout a roon?
Heyyyyyy ๐ How are you? Itโs almost Friday! I guess the Superbowl is this weekend? No idea whoโs playing, haha.
After class last night (we had 6 people! yeahh!), I came home for a super simple yet delicious dinner:
Roasted fennel and carrots, red quinoa and organic pinto beans
While I made dinner, I also packed todayโs lunch so I wouldnโt have to deal with it this morning ๐
Salad with bell peppers, fresh guacamole (onion, avocado, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, sea salt, lemon juice, pepper), salsa for dressing + a blueberry smoothie + an apple

I am loving bicep curls right now. Loving seeing that muscle work!
A favorite? It is so hard to choose! I am going to say planks because they give me that good burn!

I love squats! Well I love them after they’re over! But my Zumba instructor does a Squat song that I love!
Fitness move? I haven’t the slightest idea! But I love Zumba and pilates. A lot!!
Tricep dips, hate them when I’m doing them but nothing works my triceps like the dips!
You should join the Burpee contest we have going on!! I love burpees and planks ๐ and if running stairs was considered an exercise move that would be my fave! Oh and Kettle Bell swings ๐
I love sumo squats!
My current favorite exercise move is the deadlift.

Pull ups! I’ve only been able to do them recently, so I make sure to do them all of the time because they make me feel so strong.

My fav fitness move are squats. I do them when I’m putting my baby to sleep in her carrier. Kills two birds with one stone! ๐

i’m a big fan of the plank-for-one-minute every day thing. those things are murderous but work your core so much!

I love hanging leg raises because they are so hard (and I only started doing them recently so I’m not bored of them yet!)
