How bout a roon?
Heyyyyyy ๐ How are you? Itโs almost Friday! I guess the Superbowl is this weekend? No idea whoโs playing, haha.
After class last night (we had 6 people! yeahh!), I came home for a super simple yet delicious dinner:
Roasted fennel and carrots, red quinoa and organic pinto beans
While I made dinner, I also packed todayโs lunch so I wouldnโt have to deal with it this morning ๐
Salad with bell peppers, fresh guacamole (onion, avocado, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, sea salt, lemon juice, pepper), salsa for dressing + a blueberry smoothie + an apple

My favorite fitness move is the squat-press (there may be a more techincal term for it, but thats what I call it!). Hurts so good!
My favorite move would have to be Down Dog. Always feels so good!

My fav fitness moves change daily. I love lunges and squats, I love doing superwomans :), planks are vicious in a good way, and I love dead lifts those feel so good. Sorry it’s hard for me to pick just one!!

I love push ups! I couldn’t do them for the longest time so now I do them all the time! ๐
When I first read the post, I thought you said favorite fitness “movies,” which got me thinking… obviously about the wrong thing! But, I do love Center Stage, which isn’t exactly fitness, but still.
My favorite fitness move has got to be “high knees” with an added ab twist. It kills after about a minute, but I love it.
My fab workout move is the walking lunges. Boring but hurts so good:)
My all time favourite workout move is a sit up! Boring and old school I know but I feel a sense of achievement every time I complete a set! Haha =)
My favorite fitness move might have to be a front squat push press. Its great for a full body strength move and gts your heart rate sky high!

Fave move is a toss up between lunges and squats. I love that there are so many variations for both!

Lunges, planks, and squats… I love how you feel noodle-y after you do them for a long time!
If you consider running a workout move, then that’s it for me! haha I love a good downward dog, too, to get everything stretched and opened up. ๐
Walking lunges!!! The are easy for me to do but hurt so good the next day (or2). No matter how good of shape im in, lunges always get me!
I would say my fave fitness move is plank..anything to tighten up the abs ๐

Oooh I can’t stand burpees! I’ll keep practicing, though ๐ My favorite are pushups and the many variations thereof – I’m inherently lazy, so a move that hits everything works for me!

My favorite moves would have to be the good ol’ squats and lunges. I feel like no matter how many times I do them I’m always challenged, and there are so many variations that you can do. I would also lunge more just so I could eat more macaroons!!
