How bout a roon?

Heyyyyyy ๐Ÿ˜€ How are you? Itโ€™s almost Friday! I guess the Superbowl is this weekend? No idea whoโ€™s playing, haha.

After class last night (we had 6 people! yeahh!), I came home for a super simple yet delicious dinner:

Roasted fennel and carrots, red quinoa and organic pinto beans

While I made dinner, I also packed todayโ€™s lunch so I wouldnโ€™t have to deal with it this morning ๐Ÿ˜‰

Salad with bell peppers, fresh guacamole (onion, avocado, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, sea salt, lemon juice, pepper), salsa for dressing + a blueberry smoothie + an apple

    My favorite fitness move is the squat-press (there may be a more techincal term for it, but thats what I call it!). Hurts so good!

    My fav workout move is squats – it’s very satistfying to instantly feel the burn, and that area can always use some work, right ๐Ÿ˜‰

    My fav fitness moves change daily. I love lunges and squats, I love doing superwomans :), planks are vicious in a good way, and I love dead lifts those feel so good. Sorry it’s hard for me to pick just one!!

    When I first read the post, I thought you said favorite fitness “movies,” which got me thinking… obviously about the wrong thing! But, I do love Center Stage, which isn’t exactly fitness, but still.

    My favorite fitness move has got to be “high knees” with an added ab twist. It kills after about a minute, but I love it.

    My all time favourite workout move is a sit up! Boring and old school I know but I feel a sense of achievement every time I complete a set! Haha =)

    My favorite fitness move might have to be a front squat push press. Its great for a full body strength move and gts your heart rate sky high!

    Walking lunges!!! The are easy for me to do but hurt so good the next day (or2). No matter how good of shape im in, lunges always get me!

    My favorite move is wacky jacks from p90x! i like it because i can feel it work my core, it gets my heart rate up and its not too hard on the joints ๐Ÿ™‚

    Although they are not my legs’ favorite choice, my favorite is lunges and squats. Any variations too! They really help my legs tone up! Thanks for the AB deal. I am definitely taking advantage!!

    Oooh I can’t stand burpees! I’ll keep practicing, though ๐Ÿ™‚ My favorite are pushups and the many variations thereof – I’m inherently lazy, so a move that hits everything works for me!

    My favorite moves would have to be the good ol’ squats and lunges. I feel like no matter how many times I do them I’m always challenged, and there are so many variations that you can do. I would also lunge more just so I could eat more macaroons!!

    I think my favorite fitness move is calf raises (one leg at a time off a step). They hurt, but really feel like they’re working! ๐Ÿ™‚
