How bout a roon?

Heyyyyyy ๐Ÿ˜€ How are you? Itโ€™s almost Friday! I guess the Superbowl is this weekend? No idea whoโ€™s playing, haha.

After class last night (we had 6 people! yeahh!), I came home for a super simple yet delicious dinner:

dinner

Roasted fennel and carrots, red quinoa and organic pinto beans

While I made dinner, I also packed todayโ€™s lunch so I wouldnโ€™t have to deal with it this morning ๐Ÿ˜‰

salad

Salad with bell peppers, fresh guacamole (onion, avocado, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, sea salt, lemon juice, pepper), salsa for dressing + a blueberry smoothie + an apple

  36. Kristin Guess on February 3, 2011 at 6:18 pm

I like doing a bridge on an exercise ball. I extend my legs and bring them in, but never let my hips touch the ground. It is AMAZING for your hamstrings. I can always feel it for a few days after, but whenever I go to sit and I feel the soreness I can’t help but smile because I know my body is getting stronger =)
I don’t know if I explained it well so here are links to a couple of pictures:
