How bout a roon?

Heyyyyyy ๐Ÿ˜€ How are you? Itโ€™s almost Friday! I guess the Superbowl is this weekend? No idea whoโ€™s playing, haha.

After class last night (we had 6 people! yeahh!), I came home for a super simple yet delicious dinner:

dinner

Roasted fennel and carrots, red quinoa and organic pinto beans

While I made dinner, I also packed todayโ€™s lunch so I wouldnโ€™t have to deal with it this morning ๐Ÿ˜‰

salad

Salad with bell peppers, fresh guacamole (onion, avocado, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, sea salt, lemon juice, pepper), salsa for dressing + a blueberry smoothie + an apple

  28. Michelle @ Give Me the Almond Butter on February 3, 2011 at 7:14 pm

Anything on the balance ball. They make my abs so flat.

  31. Heather C on February 3, 2011 at 7:15 pm

aahh burpees, really? I think my favorite is tricep dips – because I can instantly feel the muscle really working.

  32. Laura on February 3, 2011 at 7:19 pm

I like squats the best. I feel really strong doing those since it’s my heaviest weight in Body Pump.

  33. Joanna on February 3, 2011 at 7:20 pm

I’d have to say yoga moves…downward dog or tree pose.

The ‘roons look delish! My favorite move has to be the squat. I used to dread doing them, but once I learned the proper form, they completely toned by lower half. Legs, glutes, abs….nothing has been so effective!

  40. Kat on February 3, 2011 at 7:27 pm

Planks..only because when I’m done, I don’t have that far to fall to the floor ๐Ÿ™‚

  41. ALEXIS on February 3, 2011 at 7:27 pm

  43. Laura on February 3, 2011 at 7:29 pm

My favorite workout moves include anything on the Bosu Ball. That ball makes any moves that have become mundane or too easy on their own instantly harder!

  44. M.E. on February 3, 2011 at 7:30 pm

going to have to go with burpees too. Even though they kill me!

  45. M.E. on February 3, 2011 at 7:30 pm
