How bout a roon?
Heyyyyyy 😀 How are you? It’s almost Friday! I guess the Superbowl is this weekend? No idea who’s playing, haha.
After class last night (we had 6 people! yeahh!), I came home for a super simple yet delicious dinner:
Roasted fennel and carrots, red quinoa and organic pinto beans
While I made dinner, I also packed today’s lunch so I wouldn’t have to deal with it this morning 😉
Salad with bell peppers, fresh guacamole (onion, avocado, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, sea salt, lemon juice, pepper), salsa for dressing + a blueberry smoothie + an apple

My favorite fitness move would have to be any form of the plank exercise. I love strengthening my core!
I’m all about walking lunges. Those buggers sneak up on you. One minute you are moving along and the next, your leggies are on FIRE!

I have a love/hate relationship with v-sits with a medicine ball – I know they’re good for me but yikes they are hard! 🙂

I love planks because they work every muscle, and you can do them anywhere! I try to hold it just a few more seconds every time- and I feel awesome after I do!

i’ve really been liking “skaters”…i guess they are like jumping side to side bowler’s lunges, love that they get your HR up and make your legs burn!
There is something so empowering about squats. They make me feel so strong almost immediately!
Leg lifts lying down on your side – great for spontaneous exercise while watching trash tv!
