How bout a roon?
Heyyyyyy 😀 How are you? It’s almost Friday! I guess the Superbowl is this weekend? No idea who’s playing, haha.
After class last night (we had 6 people! yeahh!), I came home for a super simple yet delicious dinner:
Roasted fennel and carrots, red quinoa and organic pinto beans
While I made dinner, I also packed today’s lunch so I wouldn’t have to deal with it this morning 😉
Salad with bell peppers, fresh guacamole (onion, avocado, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, sea salt, lemon juice, pepper), salsa for dressing + a blueberry smoothie + an apple

Lunges! Especially with weights! They are killer, but so so effective 🙂
My favorite workout move is probably burpees (with jumps!) or mountain climbers. burn, baby, burn!
Weighted lunges! Jump squats are good too 🙂
Push-ups are definitely my favorite workout move! I love that I can do “real” ones. Plus, they’ve been an invaluable “stay-in-shape” move for the past 5+ months while backpacking around Africa/Asia with my hubby since I can do them anywhere, no equipment required!
Push ups, I don’t need any equipment just the ground, and it works a bunch of muscles.
Love me some old fashioned crunches!
Mine would definitely have to be standing bow pulling pose. It’s a stretch but it makes me feel so strong and challenged at the same time.
I love squats! Gotta keep the booty looking good!
Weighted squats! I like burpees, but I always feel like I am going to injure people around me when I try to do them 🙂

One of my favorite fitness moves are planks – of all sorts!
Ok… so it’s not EXACTLY a specific move. But my French girlfriend and I love to do our abdominal routine because we named it after the french term for “Crunches”: “Les Abdos Speciale!”. Sometimes a fun, silly name to a mini-ab routine is all you need to get motivated! 🙂
My favorite workout move would have to be the reverse lunge:)

Favorite all time fitness move is probably one from Pilates: V-bend lifting the upper body & legs off the ground so you are balanced on your seat bone, then pumping the legs to give both the arms & abs an amazing workout! Also from yoga, I love the warrior poses, they make you feel so strong & balanced.

I <3 Zumba…so anything with booty-shaking is my favorite. It's the only thing that has kept me working out regularly.

Ah, I HATE burpees! Ha!!!! I would have to say lunges, squats and/or planks/side planks!! All yoga – esque move, ha!

I love squats! Any kind of squat makes me happy!
One of my favorite moves is a strength training move – kickbacks (though tricep extensions are cool, too). It’s awesome to feel that underused muscle get a workout 🙂
My all time favorite is sprints on the treadmill!!! Requires concentration (to not fall off) and is perfect when I’m stressed out.
Tricep dips! Nothing seems to tone quite like it. 😉 As always, the roons look amaze.
I love planks. Any ab workout really. It’s always the one body part that I think needs work, and so I relish in doing abs in any routine, class, video, etc.
Squats! I feel like I’m actually doing something when I’m doing them 🙂

Favorite workout move?? Gotta say the kettlebell swing…painful after awhile but really affective at working the legs and getting my heart rate up!

I loved the plank workout video. I teach pilates and I added those moves in right away. I also loved Bella trying to get in on the action. When ever I leave my mat out, my dog thinks its specifically for him to lay on:)

My favorite move is the plank. Hits the core and arms – my two favorite places to work!
I LURVE burpees. They kick my tail but I feel fantastically fit after finishing them. They working everything in one!

The plank is my favorite. Hurts so good!

I loooove me some burpees! I always throw those in at the end of a workout before I stretch just to push myself that extra mile at the end!
