How bout a roon?

Heyyyyyy ๐Ÿ˜€ How are you? Itโ€™s almost Friday! I guess the Superbowl is this weekend? No idea whoโ€™s playing, haha.

After class last night (we had 6 people! yeahh!), I came home for a super simple yet delicious dinner:

Roasted fennel and carrots, red quinoa and organic pinto beans

While I made dinner, I also packed todayโ€™s lunch so I wouldnโ€™t have to deal with it this morning ๐Ÿ˜‰

Salad with bell peppers, fresh guacamole (onion, avocado, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, sea salt, lemon juice, pepper), salsa for dressing + a blueberry smoothie + an apple

    So sweet of you. !!! I tell ya, I have been jonesin for your ‘roons since trying them at HLS!

    Current favorite is a move Jackie Warner uses in one of her dvds- cant think of the name of it, but you get down in a squat and go down to your knees one at a time then get back into the squat one leg at a time, and repeat. YOWZA!

    I like planks! All sorts of planks really: on elbows, on hands, to the side, or on a bosu ball. They are all fun!

    I think squats are one of my favorites!

    I have been giving one of my friends those little packets of Justin’s nut butters in the mail sporadically just to cheer her up. She is in love with them!!

    I like doing up-downs (when you go from hands to forearms in a plank position) because it’s good for cardio and strength training. By the end, I’m shaking and there’s a pool of sweat on the floor!

    My favorite fitness move is the 1-legged dead lift. It’s graceful, reminds me of dancing, and totally tones the part where your leg meets your butt! Of course, I totally liked you on good-ol’ facebook as well!!

    My favorite is actually a “discovery” I made on your blog when I was working out before my wedding: The double leg lift on the stability ball. I love the workout it gives my hammies and I found that it gave my core a decent workout when I was posed correctly and using my core to keep myself stable. LOVES IT!
