How bout a roon?
Heyyyyyy ๐ How are you? Itโs almost Friday! I guess the Superbowl is this weekend? No idea whoโs playing, haha.
After class last night (we had 6 people! yeahh!), I came home for a super simple yet delicious dinner:
Roasted fennel and carrots, red quinoa and organic pinto beans
While I made dinner, I also packed todayโs lunch so I wouldnโt have to deal with it this morning ๐
Salad with bell peppers, fresh guacamole (onion, avocado, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, sea salt, lemon juice, pepper), salsa for dressing + a blueberry smoothie + an apple

Current favorite is a move Jackie Warner uses in one of her dvds- cant think of the name of it, but you get down in a squat and go down to your knees one at a time then get back into the squat one leg at a time, and repeat. YOWZA!

Hmm I’d have to say my favorite moves would be planks/anything I do for my core, I always feel so strong after!

I like doing up-downs (when you go from hands to forearms in a plank position) because it’s good for cardio and strength training. By the end, I’m shaking and there’s a pool of sweat on the floor!
Plank! But now, also your “V” sit ups from WSU Week 1. They kick my abs into shape….!
I love planks! My day doesn’t feel complete without them. ๐

My favorite fitness move is the 1-legged dead lift. It’s graceful, reminds me of dancing, and totally tones the part where your leg meets your butt! Of course, I totally liked you on good-ol’ facebook as well!!

My favorite is actually a “discovery” I made on your blog when I was working out before my wedding: The double leg lift on the stability ball. I love the workout it gives my hammies and I found that it gave my core a decent workout when I was posed correctly and using my core to keep myself stable. LOVES IT!
Planks for me!
I love planks, add another move with them for better toning: leg lifts or rows. oh love to feel the burn!
