How bout a roon?
Heyyyyyy ๐ How are you? Itโs almost Friday! I guess the Superbowl is this weekend? No idea whoโs playing, haha.
After class last night (we had 6 people! yeahh!), I came home for a super simple yet delicious dinner:
Roasted fennel and carrots, red quinoa and organic pinto beans
While I made dinner, I also packed todayโs lunch so I wouldnโt have to deal with it this morning ๐
Salad with bell peppers, fresh guacamole (onion, avocado, tomatoes, garlic, cumin, sea salt, lemon juice, pepper), salsa for dressing + a blueberry smoothie + an apple

I like the dolphin/plank combo!
I love doing chest fly’s on a stability ball!
I already like you on Facebook ๐ AND my favorite move would have to be sit-ups on the decline bench.
I hate burpees. But I love anything with the BOSU… good, balancing fun!
I’m a little bit old school, but I kind of love jumping jacks. ๐
I could really use some roon lovin!
Favorite move? Probs walking lunges–they kill my butt in the best way possible.

I love squats!
Sumo Squats while holding a 40lb free weight!
Mountain climbers! Super hard though!
I am going to have to agree with you and say burpees! Even though you feel like you want to die doing them, they are so effective! ๐
I really love squats and push ups! But I don’t have facebook ๐
I love the classic double handed kettlebell swing.
I would have to say lunges! Def makes your legs burn by the next day ๐
I “like” the fitnessista on fb ๐
Ball plank, alternated with ball push-ups!
my butt and legs like lunges. Me….not so much.
Weighted Lunges are my favorite! Especially if you add a little arm action in!
and I just liked the fitnessista on fbook! what a fun giveaway. ๐
Oh so many favorites! I do love me some burpee with pushup combo!
Jump squats are my favorite! I love doing them between circuits to get my heart rate up. They are so tough…in a good way ๐
Planks! So tough, but I really feel like I’m making progress when I do them.
you are the best for doing the ‘roon giveaways! one day i WILL win!
My favorite move is probably lunges – I think they are kinda fun. weird, i know ๐
I’m already a fan on Facebook ๐
My favorite is straight up squats and sumo squats. I like to feel burn! I’m not sure I do burpies the right way…video tutorial?!

Love PLANKS..every kind, every variation.
Dead Lifts!! I can always feel the burn the next day!
I like squats!
Lunges!!!!
oh…also…I “like” the fitnessista on FB now!!
Walking lunges!!!
My favorite fitness move is a jump squat!
I cant get enough of the variations to the lung!
I’m a fan of deadlifts! Not sure why, but they’re always my favorite part.
I also “liked” you on Facebook!
I don’t know if it counts, but tree pose. I suppose it’s not technically a workout move, but it’s one that I always look forward to in my yoga practice!
Wall sits would have to be my other favorite. It’s the epitome of mind over matter when I hit that 60-second mark, and it’s a great feeling of accomplishment (and immediate wobbly-legs)!
My favorite is the good oldfashioned plank.
It never fails to work every muscle.
My favorite exercise is from pilates; the rollover with a leg raise is my all time favorite! It reminds me of when I was younger and I would bust out with the move on the floor when my family was watching tv at night.
I really like seated oblique twists with a medicine ball. Well “like” is relative. All core work is so hard but it feels so good.
I love lunges! Ok so maybe I don’t love actually doing them. But I love the results!!!
I really like Shawn T.’s squat jacks where you touch the floor with each squat. Oh, the burn!
Eagle pose in yoga! I adore so many yoga moves though, it’s hard to pick just one ๐
hmm… it’s got to be sun salutations. i always feel so lengthened and relaxed after i do a few!
Bring on the squats!
My favorite exercise is the plank because when I do it longer than I think I can I feel so proud of myself. I feel great after!!!
Squats! A classic.
Elbow planks and side kicks help me stay strong and lean! Love your facebook page!
I love doing squats!
You can’t go wrong with planks. Sure, they hurt, but the results are worth it!
I love push ups with a dumbell lift – those just slay me, but in a good way!
I have to say, I think the Clean and Press from Body Pump is my fave!
