It’s Roon Time, Baby

Hi friends ๐Ÿ™‚ How are you? Hope youโ€™re having a wonderful day so far <3

I started mine off with a product call and a BodyPump class with a friend. BodyPump is pretty much rocking my world, cheesy music and singing instructors aside ๐Ÿ™‚ I push myself way harder during BP than when I do weights on my own.

Post-workout snack:

Perfect protein pancakes!

They were a little on the burned side, but I covered it up with almond butter and a splash of prickly pear syrup from the farmerโ€™s market ๐Ÿ˜‰

This afternoon was filled with errands and to-dos, then I decided stinky Bella needed a date with the bathtub.

My madre bought these for Bellย  – Paul Mitchellโ€™s new line for pets.

    my goal is to be more organized with EVERYTHING. Plan out my meals in advance, prep food, keep my clothes organized, write out a daily to do list etc. ๐Ÿ™‚ I plan on doing this tommorrow when I get home from holiday vacation in miami ๐Ÿ™‚ happy new year everyone

    I have a few goals for this year and I’m actually still working on some. One big goal is to eat whole foods and work on intuitive eating this year. Feel comfortable nekkid!!! ๐Ÿ˜‰

    i will consistently workout and eat well throughout the year (instead of just for months on and off like the last few years) so that i feel great for my march costa rica vacation, for my friend’s weddings in august and september, and the entire time in between!

    I am so excited to try my first bodypump class tomorrow, i just had my first spin class today, it was awesome.

    one goal is to graduate and officially be a holistic nutritionist by summer 2012, I’ve still got a lot to learn, but i’ve learned so much thus far.

    I WILL make it to the top of my mountain without stopping!!! I am injured now,but will take three weeks to complete my goal once the doc says its okay. This mountain puts me in the best shape and the climb is beautiful at this time of the year with everything greening up.

    body pump always pushes me hard! i think it’s because i am a little bit competitive at heart. ๐Ÿ™‚

    a goal of mine is to have money saved up for a trip to visit oregon state uni in may. hopefully i get in and get enough financial aid to go. (i am transferring next year, and oregon would be a dream come true!) i hope to save up all of the money by the end of march.

    My resolution = to graduate from school with a 3.5 or higher GPA… It’s at 3.6 right now, but this upcoming semester is a doosey, plus I am getting married in Mexico the week before my midterms! EEK!

    I want to find a new hobby by July 2011! Food and fitness started as hobbies for me, but have become my lifestyle. I need something new in my life! I bought a paint set today as a first attempt. We’ll see how it goes… I’ve never had artistic training, more just a creative flair so I don’t really know what I’m doing! If I end up hating it, I’m just going to keep exploring new things till I find something that clicks.
