It’s Roon Time, Baby

Hi friends ๐Ÿ™‚ How are you? Hope youโ€™re having a wonderful day so far <3

I started mine off with a product call and a BodyPump class with a friend. BodyPump is pretty much rocking my world, cheesy music and singing instructors aside ๐Ÿ™‚ I push myself way harder during BP than when I do weights on my own.

Post-workout snack:

They were a little on the burned side, but I covered it up with almond butter and a splash of prickly pear syrup from the farmerโ€™s market ๐Ÿ˜‰

This afternoon was filled with errands and to-dos, then I decided stinky Bella needed a date with the bathtub.

My madre bought these for Bellย  – Paul Mitchellโ€™s new line for pets.

    My goal is to get in contact with my gynecologist so that I can talk with he about my lack of a period. I am going to make the appointment this month, I have been too scared to see the doctor and NO I am NOT pregnant!

    Well I have been running for a while and completed a 5k race summer 2010 and loved it! My goal this year is to complete a 10k race by summer 2011. I have been getting too comfortable in my workout routine lately and I think this will be a great motivator to get me out of my comfort zone!

    Train for and enter my 2nd 5k and finish under 40 minutes by October 2011. I ran my first in Oct 2010 and came in at 45 min with my 3 boys waiting at the finish line for me with smiles as big as mine.

    This is the year of being fearless! I will no longer let my anxiety suck the energy out of me when racing! With every race I do, I hope to be more calm before I begin. Especially, before my Ironman. I don’t need to be nervous before that!!

    My goal for 2011 is to stop letting my problems fester in my mind. I have a tendency to let things get to me too much and then implode when I can’t handle it anymore. My worries have caused me many health-related problems such as migraines. I want to notice a significant change in my attitude by my birthday in June. It will be a great birthday present to myself as I will be able to enjoy life more!
